We are a Aussie family of four, two teenage sons. After reading some reviews I contacted Tommy Dao Tours directly by email. I was interested in the Ba Na Hills and golden bridge tour and also the foodie night tour of Hoi An. I also requested suggestions for things the teenagers would like. Trung replied very quickly suggesting the snorkelling tour of Cham Island. So with three tours and only 2 free days, Trung worked out how we could do all three. (The Cham Island tour was run by a third party however Trung arranged it all and we had a private driver to and from the port). The prices were VERY reasonable. Payment was by Wise Transfer, which was my first experience with Wise and I just crossed my fingers it wasn’t a scam … and it wasn’t! A few days before our first tour I was contacted via WhatsApp, the tour guides were on time if not early, communication was great. The guides also took great photos of the family. I would recommend Tommy Dao Tours/Trung to anyone who will listen. A few days before we left Vietnam I damaged my phone and lost all my photos. Weeks later I reached out to Tommy Dao/Trung and within 30 minutes he sent me the photos the guides had taken!!!!!!! Above and beyond great customer service. Oh and the buffet lunch at Ba Na Hills is worth it.

My sister and I booked a day trip to Ba Na Hills through Tommy Dao Tours. Our guide/driver picked us up from our hotel in Hoi An at 7.30am. Tommy had prebooked our tickets which was great as there was no lining up required for entry. Yea was an excellent guide. He knew where to take us first, great spots for photo oportunities. He took us to Golden Hand bridge first, then showed us around all the gardens, sharing his wealth of knowledge and info. After covering all these places we were then given 2hrs free time before heading home. Tea was the best guide and photographer, as well as having a great sense of humour. We absolutely enjoyed our day. Thank you Tommy Dao for organising a wonderful tour for us.

Mr Tommy, his drivers & tour guides are exceptional. We are a family group of 4 travelling around Central Vietnam. All our transport was organised together with airport pick up & drop off. We went from Da Nang to Hoi An back to Da Nang & then to Hue. We booked 3 tours during our stays. The drivers always arrived 15mins early & hot ice cold water & towels for us. The tours guide were so informative & friendly. There was never anything that they couldn't assist or answer. The weather was a real challenge, it was really hot & the guides looked after us so well. I couldn't fault them, the drivers or Mr Tommy who was so efficient & helpful. I highly recommend this service & if we are ever back here again, I wouldn't look any further. Booked 2 private tours with Tommy. One to Ba Na Hills and a second to Marble Mountains, Lady Budda and lunch in Danang. We customised what we wanted which was important with 3 teenagers. Our guide on both days was Ty and can't say enough great things about him. Knowledgeable, funny, , polite, kind, and the kids loved him. Can't thank him enough. Wouldn't hesitate again to contact Tommy to organise a tour or transfer.

We had a lovely time today. We were picked up at 7.am from our hotel which I would recommend as you skip the crowds. It was very cloudy when we first got there so Golden hands bridge wasn't so clear. But after walking around and having food and drink it finally cleared up and the weather was beautiful. Our tour guide Destiny took us back down to the Golden Hands Bridge so we could take more photos. Destiny was lovely, kind and very knowledgeable. Our driver was punctual and the car was lovely. All this made our visit very special and enjoyable. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Tommy Dao tours more highly Firstly we wanted transport from Hoi an to Da Nang Tommy picked us up in a beautiful car Took us to the coconut boat tours - he knows everyone and everything flows smoothly He takes care of all tickets etc Next day we were picked up on time from hotel by a driver and our guide Tien Absolutely incredible day up Ba Na hills We didn’t have to think about anything . Our guide took us to each attraction up there just before the large crowds and in the perfect route to see everything effectively You simply must use Tommy and contact him over watsapp to arrange incredible days at great pricing ( very responsive to messages) Using hotel tours was not nearly as awesome as the private tours and drivers Highly recommend !!!

Best to go early to avoid crowds and great pictures on the golden hands bridge. The tour guide Ty was fantastic, he knew how to avoids lines and shared some cultural knowledge with us.
