Prince of sound was an exceptional experience. Our driver was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Tour bus to Whittier was very nice and clean. Cruise was highly enjoyable. It was a 5+ hours cruise but time went by quickly. It was raining most of the day but Captain of the cruise made it highly enjoyable. He stopped at various places when he saw wildlife. Highlight of the trip was sea otters, birds, water falls, bears and the glaciers. Cruise staff were excellent. Lunch was part of the offering and was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see specialized drinks as options for our caffeine and alcohol intake. I highly recommend this trip.

Easy pickup and delivery to the port. Driver was knowledgeable and talkative. Crew on the boat was very knowledgeable and the food was good. It rained the whole time so the heater could have been set just a tad warmer given that everyone was wet.

This is a MUST tour when visiting Anchorage. Saw humpback whales, sea lions, sea otters! We witnessed 3 calving from the Hubbard glacier. WHAT AN AMAZING tour! Highly recommend!

The cruise was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. My problem not rating this 5 stars was about our trip’s experience with the bus driver Steve. While he was well experienced in give us great facts, He spent too much time talking about his personal life, name dropping on how he personally knows everyone in Alaska, and about his and his family’s personal wealth and success! On another note, I was concerned that he drove this enormous bus using only 1 hand.

The tour was wonderful! Fantastic & educational staff, absolutely spectacular views of the glaciers, eagles, sea otters, seals and moose!

A real highlight of our trip to Alaska! Would do it again in a heartbeat! The ride from Anchorage to Whittier is beautiful and our driver had pertinent information about sites, including the 2 mile tunnel. But the glaciers are the thing! Pilot and guides on the boat were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The scenery was unbeatable and they made the most of it. The boat was a perfect size to get close and be able to float in place for 10 to 15 minutes to just enjoy the grandeur of the area. On board lunch was good and we were seated with exceptionally friendly and interesting people. Upon returning to the dock, we had enough time in Whittier to do a little bit of shopping before boarding Alaska railroad to return to Anchorage.
