Vi vil passere gennem Gran Canal terrasse af Ca Giustinian, en af de ældste palads med udsigt over Canal Grande.

Finding the office was a little difficult but we managed it. They made us download an app that we didn’t use so was not sure what that was about. Ride was great.

Only got about 20 mins on the Gondola. Had to watch a virtual headset for 20 minutes and then walk around another 15 looking at same walls you would rather see from a boat.....still trying to figure out what was "premium" about this experience.....felt pretty common and if you just book a gondola ride it lasts 30 minutes.....should have done that. Worst part is we walked 8 or nine minutes away from San Marco where the rest of the gondolas were. Just go to the square and do gondolas from there.

Intro movie was very informative about the history of Venice and gondoliers. The 4 of us on the gondola could not hear the app commentary and our gondolier was talking on his phone the entire tour.

This Gondola ride doesn't say anywhere that this is a share ride, misleading advertisement and also I found out it cheaper to buy it on-site with different Gondolers. I couldn't take any good pictures with my family with the couples took the two seat spot. I had to buy another Gondola ride with different Gondolers, I paid $80 for a family of (3) while here, I paid $160 plus sharing the gondola with some strangers people I had to buy another Gondola ride with different Gondolers for $80
As advertised, this is a shared gondola tour. You will be in VERY tight quarters with your boat-mates! I am glad we had this booked so we didn't have to figure out the ride on our own. We went down smaller canals and spent minimal time on the Grand Canal with all of the traffic. Do not plan to spend time inside the tour office- it is very small. Once we checked in and got our stickers for our group we stood outside. The tour began in an air conditioned store that is around the corner. There is a 5 minute video that you can watch in a VR headset. Then you will take a 5 minute walk to the dock. We had to stand in line for about 5-10 minutes and my husband and I were on a gondola with another couple and one other person. Two people will get to sit in the traditional gondola seat and everyone else has a random chair or small bench. If you are a taller person you may want to spring for a private ride.
Very good and organized experience. The company providing the service gave us all support, despite the slight delay in our arrival.

Fantastic experience for my husbands birthday It was raining but we were still able to hv the experience even though it was cut short
The only feedback I have, even though I was first in the queue boarding the gondola, I was not allowed to sit on the main seat, I was advised and directed to sit on the stool as i was solo 😔 overall tour was good.
