Efter at vi ankom for foden af Preah Vihear-bjerget, skal vi bytte køretøjet og derefter køre op på toppen af bakken for at komme til Preah Vihears smukke templer og det fantastiske landskab ved grænsen mellem Cambodia og Thailand. Det blev bygget i det 11. århundrede under Khmer-imperiet. Den ligger på en klippe på toppen af et bjerg med en frodig skov under sig. Templet blev erklæret som verdensarvssted af UNESCO i 2008.
Efter at have besøgt Preah Vihear-templet, stop til frokost på vej til det arkæologiske område Koh Ker og udforsk derefter Prasat Thom (pyramidetemplet), Prasat Linga (Linga's tempel), Prasat Prum (jungle-tempel) og Prasat Neang Kmao (Sort prinsesses tempel) tempel).
På vej tilbage til Siem Reap stopper vi og besøger Beng Melea-templet, det mystiske tempel fra det 12. århundrede midt i junglen. Dette tempel er stærkt bevokset med vegetation, træer, lianer og mosser. Dette tempel er omgivet af en regnskov, fordi det har været rigeligt i over 300 år. Når det ikke er fuldstændig restaureret, forelsker mange lokale og internationale turister sig i området.

Full Day tour from Siem Reap to Preah Vihear, Koh Ker and Beng Mealea, quite same driving but worth it. Safe driver. Guide good in Englisch.

Absolutely first class our tour guide Mr sareik and driver Mr sophat was very nice and spoke very good English. I loved all the temples and the architecture was fantastic.its a must when visiting Cambodia.
