This made a huge difference, especially on the long and sometimes bumpy highway between Pokhara and Kathmandu. The bus departed on time, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the trip. They provided blankets and pillows, which added to the comfort. There were a couple of stops along the way for meals and refreshments, giving passengers a chance to stretch and refresh. The road conditions in some sections were not ideal—as expected on this route—but the suspension of the bus and the reclining sofas helped reduce the discomfort. The seats were spacious and could recline, which made the long journey much easier. The bus was air-conditioned, and we were given short breaks along the way for food and rest. The ride itself took around 7 hours, which is pretty standard for this route.
