As this was a first time experience, the host could have been more thorough. Also, the room is only big enough for one person. It was three of us. Had there been a larger variety of items to smash without having to purchase additional ones, more tools available, and a bigger room this would have really been a great experience.
Great event but I booked for an hour and it was only 30.mins place was dead no.ppl but overall had a good time
Was ok but not worth the $35 in my opinion. Got 2 crates of bottles and glasses to break and that’s it. Lasted about 15 minutes.
It was a great time. It was a good space considering it fit two of us, no problem. Added plus: there’s a speaker you can connect to and play whatever you want
Great way to blow off steam. Great people very helpful and kind. Broke all supplies in :15 so walls took a beating.
On June 29th around 10:30 or 11pm we booked our reservation for Rage Room at 3pm on June 30th. When we arrived at 2:50pm the day of our reservation, Rashawn told us there was another family at the location with a booking so we “would need to come back later”. Obviously I pushed back and showed my ticket. He said “Oh, well they placed a reservation at 1pm”. I showed him evidence that i placed my booking the night before. He said, “Oh, through that app I need to call my boss for the bookings.” So because Rashawn didnt do his job my family was SOL. Worst of all, there were no accommodations or concessions made as a result of the incident. We had to “come back later” the next day, which we were not able tk make due to other bookings. Therefore, I was cheated out of my money because Rashawn did not do his job. Overall, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOKING THROUGH VIATOR. Directly book with the operator or you will be cheated out of money and given a BS run around. Rashawn and the Rage Room management in PCB are pathetic.
We had a great time at the rage room as a couple ! We had glass that we was able to throw or smash with variety of tools, and bats!
John was a great host! Best rage room ever. Tons of stuff to break and use to swing. Recommend two people at a time. Would highly recommend.
This was the best rage room ever. John was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. I definitely recommend and would return if we go back to pcb.
We had such a blast at the rage room! Took our boys there for their senior trip and it was the perfect choice. Big shoutout to John—he was super kind and really made the experience awesome for the guys. He took the time to explain everything and made sure they had a great (and safe) time. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something fun and different to do. Great vibe, great people, and seriously fun!
