Siden 1947 er denne berømte Palermo spisestue berømt for sine traditionelle stegt specialiteter. Taste panelle (chickpea fritters) og crocchè (mashed potato croquettes), klassiske lokale snacks; en sand siciliansk street food oplevelse.
