We had a great time, the staff was really nice and welcoming. The food was great. They acknowledged birthdays, anniversary, and newly weds. The show was great and music we dance to we family friendly.
The food was okay, ship shows it age...didn't like that we had to pay for all drinks. At least soda should have been complimentary. The music was very entertaining through the luau show seemed disjointed with some not sure of the dances.
For the price we paid it was quite substandard. The food was ordinary. The entertainment was ordinary and the entertainment should have been during the meal. Instead they had the entertainment whilst the sun was setting. The idea of a sunset cruise is to watch the sunset. It was a long way from shore, and we got back too early to see the nightlight. The service was not great we had three try and open our bottle of wine, the wine was pretty crap also. I would not recommend this cruise at all. Definitely not value for money.
The cruise was spectacular! We did the sunset dinner cruise on Independence Day to be able to watch the firework show at Ala Moana — great view. Additionally, the food was Ono. Big shout out to our server Danny who made sure we were taken great care for that night! Outstanding customer service, mahalo!!
Take a sunset cruise on your honeymoon. I was able to see the fireworks beautifully on Independence Day! Captain Stefan kindly approached me in Japanese, and I was able to take many photos, which was a great memory!
Everyone was very kind and friendly throughout and I was able to enjoy the night cruise with peace of mind. In particular, Captain Stefan's special surprise touched my heart. I think I'll remember it forever! We had precious memories from our honeymoon. Thank you very much.
It was such a wonderful time! Captain Stefan was so fun! lol His service was very good! But the timing was difficult to ask for a drink 💦 I couldn’t ask for one, even when I asked for one, because they told me later and didn’t come back.
Make sure you know what tier of the boat you booked. The buffet tier was great! The food was good and I enjoyed the entertainment. I liked the conga line at the end as well. Our attendant Blake, did a fabulous job!
We had a wonderful time with lots of fun from start to finish. The weather was nice and I was overwhelmed to see the beautiful sunset. Jazz live shows and shows were also a sight to behold and fun. Sunscreen is essential because of the strong sun, and it is recommended to bring a jacket as it can be windy. I became a fan of Stefan! Thank you.
