Hello we arrived at 11:45 as you mentioned before 12 noon as our 11am time was changed from what we originally booked until then. We waited and our boarding passes were provided at 12:30 or after waiting without any communication in the sun. We continued to wait until just before 1:30pm without any clear concise communication. I then proceed to ask this girl what was going on as the other cruise had left already and we had no idea of what was going on. I asked her to go find out two things. When is this cruise leaving and if not what other option they can provide. She said they had to wait for clearance from the coast guard and it could be another hour or more. Other options we could change and go on a 2:30pm cruise (not good as the World Cup would be on at 3pm and why we booked 11am in the first place) or we could come back tomorrow. (We fly out of New York to return home on Monday so this was not an option) I asked her about a refund and she gave me the name of the person who is in charge of this. To call Eva Lee 917-769-6051 We book Viator all the time when we are on vacation and I have NEVER had such a terrible situation like this. We were booked with our son and 3 young grandkids and this really spoiled their last day. I am also going to bring this to the attention of Viator to ensure a full refund and compensation is provided. This was a very unorganized and clearly mismanaged tour. Karen & Anthony

situation has been handled. The service was canceled on the vendor’s end, yet I’ve been forced to jump through unnecessary hoops just to receive a refund for something that was never provided. A refund should have been processed promptly without requiring repeated follow-ups, additional documentation, or endless back-and-forth communication. Instead, the burden has been placed on the customer to resolve an issue that was not of their making. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. A company should stand behind its commitments and make the refund process simple when the cancellation is its responsibility. I expected professionalism and accountability, but unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope this feedback encourages a review of your customer service and refund procedures so future customers are treated with the fairness and respect they deserve.

Had booked and paid yesterday at 12.30pm. Boat trip cancelled. Wasn't anyone from the organization to tell the participants. All participants were deeply disappointed and confused.

Was told I was getting a refund and I never did due to engine failure. Got a call that I would receive the refund and never did.

Last minute we had to rush to pier 78 from 36 because they changed the location the minute it was supposed to take off. Our tour was at 945 and they called us at 953. The uber cost 40 dollars and we barely made the tour.

If your flight is delayed (even with communication hours before expected tour) they do it respond to rebook to another time. The # to Viator is a call center- and even though they were nice- they pretty much said they couldn’t help. They gave me a local # and that person did not return calls. Tour was pre-paid.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE. We booked the 545 trip and showed up and apparently the company cancelled. Never called us. There were multiple people waiting for a ferry that wasn’t there. My kids missed out on seeing the Statue of Liberty. This company shouldn’t list trips that don’t exist. Do not book with them or use them!

Great way to see the Statue of Liberty, the guide was very knowledgeable. We needed to squeeze in a trip and this was exactly what we needed.
