We had a fantastic tour to Niagara Falls, and a huge part of that was thanks to our tour guide Cathie!! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, it made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. She gave us lots of interesting information along the way and made sure that everybody was comfortable and having a good time. She went above and beyond and I could not recommend her highly enough. A brilliant guide and an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. The length of the tour was very good, starting nice and early and getting back to Toronto around 5:30 meant that we had a full day exploring. This made the trip very good value for money. I could not recommend the Queen Tours enough.
Had an amazing day visiting Niagara Falls. What a beautiful sight to see. The boat ride so up close to the falls is an experience like no other. And I absolutely recommend booking a tour with Queen Tours. Being picked up and being able to sit back and enjoy the ride is definitely the way to go. Our Tour guide Nadia and our bus driver Jeffrey were fantastic. Both so friendly and welcoming. Nadia is so knowledgeable, not only about Niagara Falls but also about Toronto and places she pointed out on the way. The fact that she took us right down where we needed to be for the boat ride and journey behind the falls made it so easy. We had a wonderful day and would do it again in a heartbeat.
Great experience! Loved Lina and explain everything very well. IMO I wish we had a little longer time to explore the city. We are a family of 4 with young kids so things can take longer. In that time we were able to go on the boat tour, eat, and enjoy the view of the falls. If we are in the area I would book this tour again and include a helicopter ride 😉

Bus broke down. Then bus was repaired but we drove back to Toronto with no AC
Hi Jamie, we're very sorry for the issues you experienced during your tour. Unfortunately, the original bus experienced a mechanical issue on the way to Niagara Falls. As soon as we were made aware of the problem, our team responded as quickly as possible by arranging a replacement bus so your group could continue the tour and visit all of the scheduled attractions. We also extended your free time in Niagara Falls to help make up for the delay. We sincerely apologize for the air conditioning issue on the return journey. At the time, we were not aware that the rear AC had stopped working, as only the front AC was functioning. As soon as we learned of the issue after the tour, we immediately removed the bus from service so it could be repaired. If you check your messages, you'll also see that we contacted you shortly after your tour to offer a partial refund for the inconvenience caused by the AC issue. Please reach out to us directly so we can assist you further. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Our “Captain” was very knowledgeable and friendly. Tickets were organized and entrance to activities was easy. Photo ops were great. The Captain helped to make the day a memorable experience.

Marianne was a wonderful, energetic and informative tour guide! She picked us up right on time in a spot very convenient to our hotel. At every point in our scheduled tours, she kept us informed on what to expect, the best spots to experience the wonders of Niagara Falls, even to the point of how and when to wear our ponchos! We never felt lost and could relax and enjoy the adventure. Thank you!
Bus ride was comfortable at a big bus. Drop us off and pick up on various location with minimal walking. Get to see various viewpoints of the waterfall. Plenty of time to walk around on our own. The stop to taste maple syrup is ok; mostly a gift shop and food court. Tracie is very knowledgeable about the area and provide good background info about the water fall and things to see and do. The boat ride will get you soaked but quite the experience.
