⭐⭐⭐☆☆ 3/5 We had mixed feelings about this trip. There were some enjoyable parts, but overall we didn't feel it offered good value for money. Before the trip, we were told to walk around 15 minutes to another hotel for collection. However, once on the minibus, it drove straight past our own hotel, so it seems pickup there could easily have been arranged. The minibus to the harbour was very full and the air conditioning wasn't really adequate, making it quite uncomfortable. Our guide was friendly and did his best, but some of the other staff we encountered were quite abrupt and didn't come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. Communication in English could also be improved. When our boat broke down, no one explained what was happening, although to their credit a replacement boat arrived fairly quickly. The snorkelling stop was far too crowded. There were so many people in the water that it wasn't a particularly enjoyable experience, and everyone was competing for seats on the jetty. The second beach stop was also extremely busy. We were told the sunbeds cost a certain price, but were charged something completely different instead. The sunbeds themselves were dirty, broken and in poor condition, and the rocky beach felt quite unsafe. We watched several people being knocked over by the waves and pushed into the rocks. Lunch was another disappointment. The dining area wasn't very clean, with copious amounts of rubbish and leftover food from previous guests still on the floor, which wasn't very appetising before eating. The final stop at the mud bath resort was definitely the highlight of the day. The facilities were much nicer, we enjoyed the mud bath, and it was the most relaxing part of the excursion. One final issue was the return journey. Due to a concert/festival on the beachfront, the roads around our hotel were closed, so the bus was unable to drop us back there. Instead, we were dropped around 5 km away. To their credit, the company paid for Grab Bike rides for us, which saved us a long walk. However, travelling separately by motorbike wasn't a mode of transport I would have chosen for myself and my 16-year-old and 14-year-old daughters. While we appreciated that they covered the cost. Overall, the whole day felt very rushed. At every stop we seemed to be told we only had around 30 minutes before someone came looking for us. While there were some positives, we don't feel the experience justified the price, especially for Nha Trang. With better organisation, clearer communication, less overcrowding and a more customer-focused approach, it could have been a much more enjoyable trip.

If you see this trip profile photo - you should know for sure, this is a true paradise! I really like those white sand beaches, one of the most stunning things I have ever seen! In general, if you wanna deeply feel Vietnam local life, don't hesitate and travel around! Nha Trang is really worth visiting!

Ancient architecture of another culture is something everybody needs to see at least once in their life! This kind of experience makes one more open-minded and curios about the world around. Thanks to our guide (who knows everything, by the way) I had the opportunity to plunge into newness.

The best place in Nha Trang, where u can visit ancient Cham temples, to know the culture of local people. There is a local market, and espcially what we like its a great white-sand beaches!!! We’d love to go back for a week to read and relax. Paradise.
