The day time get on/hop off bus was alright. We were not given headphones or asked if it was our first time on the bus. The people on the streets trying to sell tickets for this were not very helpful and were very pushy. When dropped off at a location, driver never indicated where the sight was or pointed us in any direction, just simply dropped off. Buses were fairly crowded, some times the top was completely full. Waiting for the next bus to arrive was not every 10 minutes, I'd say more like every 15-20 minutes. The night tour was amazing. Tour guide, Rick, was amazing and funny. We were given headphones for the night tour but wasn't needed as we could clearly hear the tour guide. I definitely recommend the night tour!!! You don't get off on the night tour so it was relaxing and informational. The day tour is better if you want to sight see and not do as much walking.

Excellent tour, we had the opportunity to watch parts of the city that we didn’t see in the day tour, totally worth it. Our guide was Aaron and the driver Miguel.

We never saw Little Italy, or The Lincoln Center. It rained. We were inside a stuffy bus with poor ac or air circulation. Thankfully it stopped raining and went back out on the deck and saw a beautiful sunset. But overall not really what I was expecting.

NY at night is beautiful & this tour did justice. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable & shared information about every location we crossed.

They canceled the bus tour because of a severe thunderstorm warning. Still have not heard back from operator on refund.

Our tour guide was VERY knowledgeable...Jimmy is awesome...more importantly he loves his job..and that makes the tour even better ....Keep up the good work Jimmy (aka Brad Pitt--- and hes single ladies lol)

I bought a ticket for my family but was never able to enjoy it due to Madonna's event in the blocks; I requested a refund, and the questions about it are absurd. It is enough to verify the ticket number and see if it has been used. It's that simple. Terrible communication and terrible refund process. We are tourists, and the experience was unpleasant. I returned to my country and never received the refund for activities in Times Square. I am going to post this on my wall; I have around 14,000 contacts as a content creator and online seller. In fact, I will make a review video of this experience so that it does not happen to anyone else. I will give them 24 hours for the refund; otherwise, they will be famous.

An excellent way to get around the city. Great commentary. Booked two days but after speaking to staff we got an extra day free by posting on the Ho City site that I had booked the Big Bus Tour through. There are two routes uptown and downtown so able to see what we wanted to see in Manhattan. Highly recommend even

We bought our tickets online. When we arrived with plenty of time to spare, before I could say anything, we were told our bus had left already! Of course it had not already left. They were trying to sell us more tickets!!! Very scamish. Anyway, we eventually got checked in with the tickets we had purchased online and the ride was fine. Nothing to write home about. The guide was very nice but we had much better experiences with other guides in NYC who were funny and knowledgeable.

I had an absolutely terrifying experience with Big Bus in New York, an abysmally poor quality service that ruins any vacation. Salespeople employ nightmarish intimidation tactics: they encircle you like predators, snatch your phone from your hands without permission and book tickets for you. The digital audio guide is pathetic and childish, with silly comments, which replace any useful information, making the tour a waste of time. Buses are filthy and dilapidated: dirt everywhere. Drastico tips Stay away from Big Bus: it's an expensive scam with endless waits, mediocre drivers and staff chasing their percentage.
