Cynthia was an exceptional guide. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to help us navigate New Orleans.. we saw allot! And learned allot.. highly recommended
Gomez is a creative, engaging musician who gave a detailed and fascinating tour of the city. This was my second time taking this tour—the first was with DJ, and this time with Gomez. Both are outstanding guides who do an excellent job honoring the Black and Hispanic influences that have shaped New Orleans. Gomez shared wonderful detail about the city’s unique burial practices and made the history come alive. He also has a beautiful singing voice and shared that he is a professional lighting director and an active musician in the New Orleans music scene, which added another layer of authenticity to the experience. Beyond the history, Gomez also gave us restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this tour, whether it’s your first time in New Orleans or you’re returning to learn even more.
I think Scott and Aaron did a great job.I learned a lot about the city. I think the best part was going though the cemetery.

Awesome tour with DJ as our guide and Carl as our driver! I felt completely safe with Carl behind the wheel, and DJ was an outstanding guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable, perceptive, and full of fascinating stories. I was so glad to have him showing us around the city. DJ’s passion for New Orleans is contagious, and it really adds to the experience. My only suggestion would be to slow down just a little when speaking. He has so much great information to share that, even as a fast-paced New Yorker, I found myself struggling to keep up at times! A slightly slower pace would make it easier to absorb all the interesting facts and stories. I also wish there had been a few more opportunities to get off the bus, walk around, and take photos. It would have been nice to spend a little more time exploring some of the attractions on foot and enjoying additional photo opportunities. Overall, it was a fantastic tour, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.
Great info on the History of New Orleans, I wish the trip included the Homes in the garden area, but I would go again
The buses are prohibited by law to drive through the streets of the Garden District, unfortunately. That is why there aren't any bus tours that can do it.
Highly recommend this tour! Our guide was informative and entertaining. The tour was well worth the money and the stops were perfect (Cafe du Monde and a cemetery). We chose this tour as it hit many areas in the city and we knew we wouldn't be able to see them all on our own.

This was a nice tour if you want to see all parts of New Orleans and also learn about the culture. There was a fun stop for snacks and drinks. It was a cute cafe outside of the main tourist areas we would not have gotten to.
A great way to see the city, learn some history and beat the heat. Gary was a wealth of knowledge. He truly loves his city and sharing its history. Loved that we got to stop in City Park for beignets at Cafe du Monde. This tour was perfect as I was traveling with my mom and aunt who are in their 80’s. Book this tour
