Gåturen starter kl. 08:00 i Kenya arkivbygningen for en kort forhåndsvisning af kenyansk historie, passerer Kenya-museet for at lære om menneskehedens historie, og stopper ved Masai åbne marked for at lære og udforske de smukke begivenheder og kulturelle aktiviteter, og efter at folk vil tage en pause til frokost og forfriskninger på det overkommelige hotel / restaurant og kl. 13:00 vil vi genoptage vores gåtur og besøge KICC-bygningen på taget for at nyde den bedste sightseeing og også tage billeder og derefter kører vi tilbage for drop off.

I had an amazing time walking around Nairobi with David, in the shoes of a local. The view from the tower was good, but what I enjoyed most was discovering the downtown area and riding a matatu on the way back. A very authentic and enriching experience that was worth the cost, and also a good exercise. Make sure to have good shoes and have much energy to spare because it can be a bit physically demanding if you are not used to it. However I recommend it a lot !
Our guide, David, was incredible! He shared fascinating history and deep insights into daily life, giving us a true feel for the authentic local culture in the heart of downtown. Highly recommend a tour with him for a genuine Nairobi experience!
Booked this agency via get your guide with an airport pickup and dropoff at our hotel thereafter . The company delivered the tour as promised as we visited the district , visited the home of the guide as well as the local school . Over the course of our 2.;hours tour , we saw how sewage, water, solid waste was being stored and collected. Moreover , we also got to experience the conditions Kiberans go through which was very humbling . A good experience for anyone who would like to see where the majority of Kenya s stay Great insight to this tour . I felt very safe with Lenny, he gave clear instructions when we could and could not take pictures and he made sure we always got across safely. He told a lot about both past and present. We couldn't have done this ourselves.

I was lucky enough to discover Nairobi together with David and I could not wish for a better guide! In just two days he managed to make me live a complete experience, showing me not only all the main tourist and symbolic places of the city, but also the most authentic and true aspects of local life. David is an extraordinary person: kind, polite, always available and with an infectious energy. His sympathy and his way of telling make every visit even more engaging. It’s full of interesting stories, curiosities and details that you’d hardly find on your own, and it really manages to get you in tune with the city. One aspect that I really appreciated was the attention to safety: I always felt comfortable and quiet, even in the most authentic and less touristic contexts, thanks to his professionalism and knowledge of the territory. Thanks to him I did not simply “visit” Nairobi, but I lived it to the full, discovering traditions, culture and hidden corners that I will always carry with me.
