Booked the trip just a day prior. They confirmed and contacted me with guide information. My guide Krishna Dai and driver was very prompt and arrived on time to pick me at my location. We drove to Nagarkot for sunrise and had yummy breakfast. Krishna Dai even customized my itinerary and took me on a hike knowing my interest in hiking. He was very professional and I learned a lot about Bhaktapur’s history. I had a great time with Krishna Dai and I recommend this tour and the guide!
Cloud cover obscured any view (luck of the draw). The guide at Bhaktapur was good but the visit felt rushed. The tour is advertised as a full day tour and I was back at my hotel in Kathmandu by 10.15 am

Regarding the timing, you are correct that the tour started early at 4:15 AM, and the duration of 5-7 hours includes the entire experience from pick-up to drop-off. While you returned to your hotel at 10:15 AM, this still falls within the 5-hour timeframe. However, we understand that this may have felt early, and we apologize if this caused any inconvenience. I went on this trip with my mom and I. While it was a cloudy morning our tour guide, Krishna Acharya, made us have a really good time. He is very kind and knowledgeable. The drive is peaceful and so beautiful even if it’s a cloudy morning. The rainforests are lush and the Bhaktapur is a one of a kind experience. You can connect with culture and see the beauty that is Nepal.

Obviously the sunrise over the Himalayan peaks. We did not do Bhaktapur due to a concern with my health after climbing the stairs to the observation platform.

Had to scramble to rearrange our tour without a guide due to Dishanti Festival. On day of our tour we learned we would have a gude. Kasim was a "wonderful" guide to Bhaktapur Durbar. He even treated us to lunch! Best experience ever!

First I have to explain that our guide, Prakash, was very friendly and efficient during this tour; however, the tour itself was not what we hoped for nor did it meet our expectations. We noticed quite a big difference in what was advertised in the booking / itinerary description and what we actually experienced. The Nagarkot sunrise was a nice experience. But Bhaktapur was totally different. We were aware we had to pay an entance fee at Bhaktapur Square— but the itinerary made it sound as if we would be going inside the temples—it stated “Admission Ticket Free” with amount of time being spent at each site. So, of course it was “free admission” because we had already paid to enter the Square. What did occur, was Prakash standing outside the buildings with us and giving a quick explanation of what we were looking at. This was very misleading and if we would have known this was the case, we would not have booked this particular tour. A big disappointment overall with the itinerary presented.

Well, if you look back on the Itinerary and Cost Include Exclude sections, then you can clearly see that entrance tickets are not included in the package. We never do any kind of misleading advertising, and everything is clear in the tour. Anyway, we are very sorry for this misunderstanding. Now, I would like to request that you reconsider the rating because we had arranged the tour during the festival time and there was nothing less on your service, and it should not be negative. We were picked up at the appointed time from our hotel and taken to Nagarkot. The ride was comfortable and the guide was quite knowledgeable, providing us with relevant information about the places we visited and also with important tips throughout the entire tour. The only thing that slightly marred our enjoyment was the weather, as, due to thick fog at the Nagarkot watch tower, we did not catch a glimpse of the mountains, which was regarded to be the highlight of the tour. I don’t recommend taking this tour in September as the monsoon season is not over yet.
