The destinations were amazing to see. The van we were in, however, was definitely in need of some tlc. Simple things like cleaning the windows after every booking would've been nice instead of looking out fingerprint smeared surfaces. The a/c was leaking a ton of water and splashing on us and it was quite a rickety ride. My expectations were for a more comfortable vehicle considering how many things we were seeing. The operator was friendly but could've explained a lot more especially to the first timers. Keep in mind, pickup is a complete chaotic mess with every tour operator picking up from the same location. Talk about congestion and confusion.
Overall, this tour is very good. Driver was on time most of the times. Bit bumpy drive and bit hotter than expected in the vehicle. AC appears to be on at all times but windows are mostly opened by other people. About 20 people total on the vechicle. They picked up directly from Calgary. It tooks about 12-13 hrs total including pickup. Driver explained an overview about each stop and inform us what time to be back. It was all quick stops and if you need more time, you need to take a shuttle or private car. Recommend only if you need quick pictures and leave. There are hiking needed at Lake Moraine and Johnston Canyon so make sure you wear proper shoes. We had enough time to go to lower fall but not inside the cave since it’s an hour wait. But you can see the waterfall without going inside the cave! Lunch time is only 45 minutes so bring your own lunch as it is long waiting time for foods! There’s plenty of bathroom at each stop, but a longer line to use the women bathroom! Driver is friendly and talkative!
The activity itself was wonderful! Very well organized and ran in a timely manner. However, we got at our pick up location at 7:30 AM, as it was emailed to me multiple times. We arrived at the destination only to find out that the pick up was not until 9 AM. That was a very frustrating experience, as we had to coordinate dog sitters and drop them off early morning. When I called to ask, thinking we missed the tour Van I was yelled at by the guy that answered the phone that they have sent multiple emails stating that it was 9 AM. When I called Viator, they called the company only to realize that it had not been updated on their end. Also, one of the windows in the van was completely smudged and whoever sat there wasn’t able to get any kind of clear view through it. The tour guides were great, it was the other side of the experience that was frustrating.
The worst experience. I just had a day in Banff and then they put us on a different tour, I missed Moraine Lake and Johnston Canyon.

The morning had lots of rain snd very cold. Still beautiful lakes. Afternoon sun came out and it was glorious!
Great experience! Topu was our guide/driver for this tour. Drove smooth and we felt comfortable with him. Pickup was from downtown Calgary. Package covered key locations and sites in Banff, providing about an hour at each location for pictures or trailing/hiking. Takes approximately 12 hours or so to complete the whole itinerary. This is a self guided tour on a 14-passenger bus that drops you really near the sites so very convenient and no parking hassle. Paid about CAD 80 per person, which feels fair considering it was tourist season. I can recommended it if you get it for that price. Cons - Had one of the passengers insist o that the Gondola was part of their itinerary and made us late to return back to Calgary. Would advise driver to go over the itinerary and locations being covered at the start to avoid any confusions or requests.

The sights were beautiful and spoke for themselves which was a good thing as our tour guide ( a nice guy) said very very little and did not have a working microphone. Our tour began late and we did not return until 10pm Overall, I would not recommend this tour company.

Shuttle not tour. Left 30 min late. Driver never told us his name. No narration or info on sites. Talked so softly no one could hear his instructions when we stopped as to how long we would be staying. 10-12 hr tour was 14.5 hrs. Didn’t enforce time schedule. Air conditioning not working, cool outside but miserably hot on bus. Itinerary changed and added gondola which 90% of tour didn’t want to take so we had to wait around while a few got tickets for gondola before we were taken to Banff village to wander around until gondola ride was done.
