Our tour and tour guide Ozzy were great. He was very friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely love his job. It just showed through. I even noticed he interacted well with others” kids that were on the tour. I’ve been on several tours and he has been the only one to personally call me to confirm pickup and provide his number for any questions.

An experience we will never forget. Woke up at 2:40 am for a 3:20 am meetup! Good communication from and with our host Ozzy. Appreciated his careful and smooth driving. The morning hot drinks and cookies were average at best but nice to have. The skies were cloudy so the sunrise didn’t have much wow factor on the day we were there, but the experience of seeing both of these beautiful lakes in the early morning before the crowds were too bad was very fun and memorable. We were back in Canmore by 1030am and enjoyed naps in the afternoon.
My friend and I did the tour and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ray our guide was super friendly and very charismatic, he made sure we all had what we needed and had some great stories to tell us about the area. If you are looking for a sunrise experience this is the one
Amazing experience! Ozzy is a great guide, very enthusiastic and happy to answer all of our questions. He did a great job of directing where to go at both lakes. Would highly recommend for anyone on the fence. This was the highlight of our trip, and our guide really made the difference to making this a wonderful experience!

The pickup point was not as per reservation. Also travelers need to be informed about the rocky hike to the viewpoint up to Lake Moraine.

Getting up early and having a friendly guide who has a great deal of local knowledge made a huge difference to our experience. Our guide suggested the best positions for photos and we were able to avoid the enviable crowds.
