A great trip with plenty of entertainment from compare “The Pirate”. Many properties viewed with information about each property along with plenty of humour.
We had such a great time! The employees were professional and friendly except for the woman employee with the camera, taking photos. She was very rude and standoffish. As we were getting on the boat, she started taking pictures but we didn’t know and instead of communicating that, she yelled at us in front of everyone saying something along the lines of, “Can’t you see I’m trying to take a picture? Move back!”. We moved back but didn’t say anything in fear of us getting into it verbally and not being allowed to take the trip. If you’re not a people person and do not know how to communicate effectively, please find a different line of work. I hope no one else had the same experience. Thanks.
Delivered what it said it would. Very cool seeing the city skyline at night. Millionaire houses were nice to look at and what you expected. The cargo ship was a spectacle to behold
A must do when in Miami. It was exciting seeing famous people houses, and seeing the big yachts as well is crazy. The sunset was beautiful.
Kids were running around on the boat. I went on one a few years ago and felt it was better.
The tour could use some updated fun facts. Maybe share average home sale or taxes. Who the Home builders are/were.
It was not good! The tour guide was fighting with one of the employees behind the bar! The boat advertised definitely was not the boat they put us on and when we asked why they said that they were sorry that was the 3.30pm. So we asked to put us on that one and then they said the air conditioning was broken on the other boat.
Great experience! Would book this tour again. The announcer did a great job. Enjoyed looking at celebrities homes. The weather was nice and breezy! The bartender was on point. I didn’t like the raffle prize that I won.
The cruise was amazing the staff was friendly and professional. The host woman was funny and has a nice voice. I met some friends on the cruise and they made it more fun. The scenery was gorgeous and i had a great time. Would do it again for sure. 10/10
only tells a meeting spot waited in line for the boat, told us we had to redeem our tickets for paper tickets went to where they told us, long line to wait in just to get tickets so missed our boat and had to wait for the next two which took an hour. please be clear on instruction's and what to do.
