Very friendly, took luggage, not a long wait. We were last dropped off, but not a long time at all!!
Driver was great. Didn’t like that they don’t notify you when booking that you will or could be making multiple stops to drop off other passengers at different hotels. If that info of possibly stopping at multiple hotels was given in the description when booking we would have booked a private shuttle or taxi. But overall was very affordable and good drivers if you don’t mind potentially stopping at multiple hotels.
Super easy directions to follow, found the person in no time and left almost right away. Driver was nice too!

Overall had a very great and exceptional experience with Gray Line. Staff are wonderful and hospitable. The vehicle was very clean and organized, as well. I definitely recommend them and would be happy to use them again for my next trip.
Wait time was manageable, time for Margaritas and Creveza. Staff that met us was very helpful in directing us to van. Driver was very accommodating
