Kerim (Ken) was absolutely amazing. He was polite, informative, and took great pictures! He also gave us great recommendations for other aspects of our trip. 10/10. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign to book the tour!
The best way to see theses lakes is with a knowledgeable tour guide and Ozzy fit the bill We gained knowledge about the area and the lakes which made the most of the experience
Very poor . Cancelled the tour the night before due to lack of people . Offered an alternative tour but our travel plans dictated we needed to move on . Not good enough

Ozzie was a great tour guide! As soon as he pulled up, he approached us and knew my name. Both lakes were great, but Moraine Lake was our favorite, stunning views and less crowded. Great tour!

This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I hadn’t been to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake since before COVID, when my daughter was less than two years old, so I was excited to bring her back now that she is eight and able to truly appreciate the beauty of these incredible places. Our tour guide , Ozzy, was warm, friendly, and professional. We were picked up right on time, and complimentary water bottles were provided at the beginning of the tour, which was a thoughtful touch. When the weather turned a little rainy and cold, he went above and beyond by offering umbrellas and even warm blankets to keep everyone comfortable. Throughout the tour, he was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, always happy to answer questions, offer photography tips, and take pictures for guests. He knew all the best viewpoints and made sure we had plenty of opportunities to enjoy the breathtaking scenery at both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. The entire experience was well organized, comfortable, and memorable. Thanks to our guide’s kindness and attention to detail, this trip became a very special memory for my daughter and me. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff and looking to experience these iconic lakes in a stress-free and enjoyable way.
