På dette spændende eventyr vil du føle vinden i dit hår og få uhindret udsigt fra vores specielt designet helikopter med dørene fjernet og piloten kontrol på venstre side. Tur check-in tid er 45 minutter før tur tid. Efter at have tjekket ind på vores kontor og verificeret vægte, vil du blive givet en grundig sikkerheds briefing. Derefter vil du blive transporteret til vores hangar, hvor du vil komme ombord på flyet og møde din pilot.
Efter afgang vil dine første naturskønne vartegn være Nawiliwili-havnen og den historiske Menehune-fiskedam. Dette er et godt tidspunkt at afprøve tovejskommunikationen og chatte med din pilot og præsentere dig selv.
Efter at have svævet over tunnelen af træer i Poipu vil du komme ind i landet og efterlade alle tegn på civilisation bag dig. Du vil komme op ad Hanapepe Valley mod Manawaiopuna Falls, der blev berømt i åbningsscenen i Jurassic Park.

Få udsigt til den smukke Ke'e strand, eller som de lokale kalder den "den ende af vejen". Dette er starten på Na Pali Coast Trail. Det er også her, din pilot vil dreje helikopteren, så alle ombord kan få en sidste udsigt over Na Pali-kysten.
Få et utroligt perspektiv af Tunnels Reef fra luften. Du vil indse, hvorfor dette rev er noget af det bedste snorkling/scubadykning i verden.
Når du flyver ned langs kysten af Kauai's nordkyst, vil du se mange strande, herunder den populære Hanalei-bugt. Du vil flyve op mod de fantastiske bjerge over den søvnige lille by, der ofte har mange vandfald, især efter lidt regn.

Nick was our pilot. He was awesome! Great tour guide and made sure everyone got to see all the super cool stuff. I’d never been in a helicopter so it was very exciting for me. Absolutely go doors off!! Well worth the money! I would do it again! We even saw 4 rainbows!
It was amazing. I see where postcards come from. It was eye opening. I wish you could of heard the pilot better. He was very kind and wanted to make sure both sides of the bird got to see the views. Mario made me feel safe. Asked several times if we were okay.
Great experience. Our pilot Marco was great! Felt safe while seeing beautiful sites! A little cramped if you are the one they put in the middle. Worth it though!
We did the doors-off helicopter tour today and it was easily the highlight of our trip. Flying over the Na Pali Coast with the wind in your face, seeing dozens of waterfalls, and catching multiple rainbows from above was absolutely surreal. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The booking process was great; the pre-flight phone call was super helpful and the welcome at the office was very warm. On top of that, the shuttle drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful—honestly, every single staff member we encountered was amazing. Our pilot, Chrissy, was incredible. She was super relaxed and kept the flight incredibly smooth and stable, which made us feel completely safe the entire time. She shared some really interesting facts about Kauai without overloading us with information, and she was more than happy to answer all of our questions. To top it off, she had an amazing Spotify playlist going that matched the vibe of the flight perfectly. If you're going to do a helicopter tour on Kauai, do yourself a favor: book Jack Harter, go doors-off, and hope you get Chrissy as your pilot!

Great time. Pilot was a local and gave us lots of details about the sights and history of Kauai. The ground crew was friendly and all had a strong focus on safety. I have flown before but never with doors off. It was exciting and scary at the same time. I was strapped in tight, but being a small aircraft, there is a lot of movement and being in an edge seat at 4500 ft with no doors played with my mind. Loved checking the “Doors Off” experience off on my bucket list, but my next flight will be “Doors On”. Over all, the views and 60 min flight cannot compare with anything else. This will remain a high point of my trip.
The pilot was professional, friendly, and did a great job flying the helicopter. The flight itself was smooth and enjoyable, and I appreciated the opportunity to see Kauai from the air. My biggest disappointment was the seating arrangement. I was seated behind the pilot as the only passenger on the left side, and it felt like the majority of the tour was oriented toward the passengers on the right with the flight direction mainly going clockwise around Kauai. During many of the scenic passes, I had only a brief moment to see the major landmarks before they disappeared from view. For much of the flight, I found myself looking out over the ocean or outward terrain of Kauai while the best views seemed to be on the opposite side of the aircraft. I understand that every seat offers a different perspective, but I left feeling like I missed or only got a small glimpse on many of the iconic sights that I had paid to experience. If you’re booking this tour, I’d strongly recommend asking about preferred seat assignments beforehand (not guaranteed) or considering an option where everyone has a more equal opportunity to enjoy the scenery. I don’t mind paying a premium for an unforgettable experience, but when you’re spending about $400, it’s reasonable to expect that every passenger has a good view of the island’s highlights. Overall, the pilot earned five stars, but the seating experience significantly affected my enjoyment of the tour.
It was incredible! A bit scary at first and them I made myself realize I wasn't going to fall out! Chris was our pilot and headed sure both sides had equal viewing opportunities. The scenery was beyond phenomenal! We spent a full hour on the tour. They warned us to bring a light jacket before arriving so it made the trip comfy! This trip was one of the most memorable highlights of my life!
We had a great doors off helicopter ride with Cassie. She kept everything very level and zero motion sickness issues. We went last year and the pilot was a bit more adventuresome. Cassie is a ex Marine. We did the 60 minutes guided tour of the island. Sure it’s $400 or so a ticket but worth it. Many would call a by her list thing.
Great safe experience. Saw entire island. Little hard to hear the info, but Chrissy was a great pilot.
