We had an awesome flight seeing experience on a quiet Sunday morning. Our pilot was great! The many views from this helicopter’s windows were spectacular!

The flight itself was wonderful. My original time and date was changed 3 times as they can’t fly you solo, they need to fill the helicopter, so be prepared to be flexible. Also, beyond their control, the chopper wouldn’t start and needed maintenance which delayed me another hour.
Nice reception, good explanation, nice pilot and beautiful highlights seen. A memory to remember.

The must surreal, amazing experience my husband and I have ever had! My kids ages 8,9, and 12 were also in awe! Seeing the views from above was breathtaking, and the music going along with everything really pushed it over the top! Our guide was incredible and pointed out everything my kids were interested in from the Jurassic park waterfall, to where Captain Jack runs for his life, as well as answered all of the questions my husband and I asked. Everyone was so friendly and we would DEFINITELY book again. Worth every penny!

The helicopter tour was incredible. I was in the front row of seats on the helicopter and immediately from liftoff the views were unbelievable. The whole island was stunning and the photos I took did not do it a justice. If you are going to do anything in Kauai I would recommend the helicopter tour. I felt safe during the entire ride. The pilot did a good job keeping a calm atmosphere by letting us know when to expect bumpiness from windy areas and by playing calming music during the flight when no one was speaking

Honestly, if you want to be sure you'll actually get to fly without unnecessary stress and disappointment, I strongly recommend booking with a different company. We arrived on the island on the NCL Pride of America cruise and only had two days there. Because of our limited time, we booked our helicopter tour for the first day of our stay. The first flight was cancelled due to the pilot being "unavailable" and was rescheduled for the following day. We came back the next day, checked in, and were literally about to board the helicopter when we were suddenly told that the flight had been cancelled again. To make matters worse, this was our honeymoon. My husband politely asked if we could be seated in the front so we could enjoy the experience as much as possible, but our request was completely ignored. Instead, we were assigned what are considered the worst seats at the back on the left side. Even if the flight had gone ahead, we likely wouldn't have seen much. What made the experience even more frustrating were the unnecessary comments from the staff, such as, "We could have put you on one of the earlier flights." Those flights had taken off barely an hour before ours, so hearing that after our flight was cancelled was simply unhelpful. They also showed no consideration for the fact that we had travelled all the way from Poland and only had two days on the island. If I were running a business like this, I would treat customers with much more understanding and take circumstances like that into account. In the end, we never got to fly at all. Our only two days on the island were wasted because of their repeated cancellations and poor organization, and we missed the opportunity to see one of the main attractions we came for. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Not worth the stress, wasted time, or frustration. Save yourself the disappointment and book with another company.

We noted your preference for the order; however, seating assignments must strictly comply with FAA weight-and-balance requirements to ensure flight safety. Unfortunately, we could not honor the request for your specific flight due to these safety calculations. You are incredibly important to us. We were so happy with our experience that we purchased a 2nd private tour. We can’t wait to do it again. Well worth it! Remember to wear dark clothes if you plan to do photography or videography. Light colors reflect on the canopy of the helicopter making the shot harder to get.

6 people on a ride was a little crowded and inhibited some views for those in the middle. I’d recommend one for 4 or 2. The sites were beautiful!
