Når du booker, skal du sørge for, at du angiver navnet på det krydstogtskib, som du ankommer på, vi forventer at afhente dig ved den dykker. Vi må vide, hvor vi kan afhente dig i forvejen, da vi kun har repræsentanter til rådighed til at mødes på dokker, hvor vi har gæster planlagt. Der er flere skibe i havnen hver dag. Dette er afgørende information for dagen for din tur. Cruise skib pick-up instruktioner: • Vi afhenter direkte fra din cruiseskib dock i Juneau. Ingen grund til at gå ind i byen (eller tage en shuttle)! • Den lokale repræsentant for din tur vil være iført lys orange og bærer en orange flag, holder en grøn "Juneau Lighthouse Tours". • Mødes på den vigtigste boardwalk/sidewalk foran dit skib på dokken. • GÅ IKKE TIL TRAM - Bliv ved dine skibs gangway. • Mødet er 15 minutter før afgangstiden. The bus driver Chris picked us up, he was helpful and informational as we drove to the dock. He pointed out eagles, and told us where to look for bears. We hopped on board with Dalton, Coral, and Anika. They gave us a safety briefing and off we went. The boat was warm and covered with some outdoor space. Also had good bathrooms on board. We were able to see orcas, humpbacks, stellar sea lions, bald eagles, AND stopped at a lighthouse. They help take pictures of us at the lighthouse, and were very informative about the wildlife we saw. They gave us waters, coffee, snacks, reindeer sausage, and a local chocolate fudge. To end it, they shared a QR code for free with all the pictures they took. We would happily recommend this tour to anyone!
What an experience! Priced reasonably ! The staff is amazing ! Our number 1 memory!! Could have stayed out there all day! But the length of time they gave was really good !
This was an amazing experience. The team was absolutely fantastic. Captain Steven, Tess, and Alexis were all very friendly and informative. You can tell they all had a real passion for the whales, nature, and their jobs. The boat exceeded my expectations both in comfort and viewing area to see the whales. We saw so many whales, including 5 in one spot. They put on quite a show. We also saw some Orcas, sea lions, and bald eagles. The lighthouse was cool but the whales stole the show. For a comfortable and informative whale watching adventure, I highly recommend this team.

This tour was amazing! Our captain Stephen did a great job navigating and docking. The naturalists Coral and Annika were both very informative and friendly, answering everyone’s questions and pointing out the different whales. Our bus driver Garrett was very knowledgeable and funny, and had us laughing on our trip to and from the boat. 10/10 would do again!
Memorable, fun, beautiful, affordable for the content and 1/2 a days experience. Capt Steve, Coral and Annika were a great knowledgeable crew. Cabin war heated and we got to sample local treats. Would go again! Thank you!!
Loving tour stopped at one light house on the way to get your boat to go out and see the humpback whales. Was fortunate to be surrounded by a pot of whales and watch them breach. After a long period of time we headed back to shore but not before there was water and snacks available for everyone. We all got some great photos but the naturalist also provided us with a group of free photos that she had taken for our memories. Much better than the photos I would have taken myself. The bus driver did a little out of the way Tour on the way back and we stopped at the Mendenhall glacier look out and we had a short walk about before being returned back to her ship really enjoyed the knowledge everybody shared with us aims of plants getting around the city their lives the animals the lighthouse highly recommend this group

What an amazing experience! Captain Stephen was knowledgeable, experienced and made this the best whale watching excursion we have experienced as a family. Daniel came around with snacks, tidbits of fun facts and shared BREATHTAKING photos with everyone at the end of the trip. Hannah was a great guide and helped keep the tour educational and entertaining! I truly can’t say enough great things about this relatively new tour operator.. try it out! You will not be disappointed. The price was less than the other tours but same amount of time and worth so much more.
