Our Segway tour through the Juneau backcountry was one of the absolute highlights of our Alaska trip! If you’re looking for something beyond the typical tourist experience, this is it. A huge thank you to Carli and Mallory, who made the experience so memorable. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making sure everyone felt comfortable on their Segway before we headed out. Their enthusiasm, great personalities, and interesting stories made the tour even more enjoyable. Riding through the beautiful Alaskan backcountry was unforgettable. The forest trails, incredible scenery, fresh mountain air, and peaceful surroundings gave us a side of Alaska we never would have experienced otherwise. The Segways were well-maintained, easy to ride, and added so much fun to the adventure. Carli and Mallory truly went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and ensure we had an amazing time. If you’re visiting Juneau, don’t miss this tour. It was one of our favorite excursions of the entire trip, and we would absolutely do it again. Highly recommend!

This was my first time on a Segway and both of the tour guides made sure we were confident on how to operate it! We did go through the Tongass Forest on a gravel trail. It let us to a beautify stream and breathtaking views.

This was great! What a fun adventure! The weather was gorgeous and our guides were amazing. If anything, I wanted it to last longer! Our tour guides were so incredibly knowledgeable and made all of us feel very safe.

There were 9 in our group, ranging from 12 to 68. The guides (Alta and Alli) were super helpful on teaching us how to use or ride the segways. As we rode up the road to a nature trail, Alli pointed out different points of interest along the way. The short hike was beautiful and they provided water and a little snack. We enjoyed getting out of the busy town for a nice ride!

This was our favorite excursion! Carli and Kyler were incredible guides! They cannot recommend them enough! Pick up and drop off at port was so easy. Training is on the Segway was thorough and they helped our feel comfortable on the Segway. This exceeded our expectations! The area we traveled was peaceful and beautiful.
