Amazing walking tour of the fish market, including historical and cultural information. Everything very well-explained and well-paced and informative. Short train ride to a beautiful cooking space. Had young kids along who loved it as well.

Suyang, was excellent. He was very freindly and informative. Not only with seafood market knowledge but also with general Korea and Busan recommendations for example the best value sashimi and fried chicken vendors and sites to see and best ways to get there. His cooking skills are fantastic and he allows the fresh seafood to shine and the venue is spectacular. I highly recommend Suyang if you are in Busan

My one-star rating reflects this option! I‘m a semi-professional photografer and showed up with my equipement. After 2.5 hrs into the tour and finally arriving at the „Night Fish Auction“, I‘ve been told that it‘s forbidden to take pictures. For me, this totally ruined the tour. Not only that I was not able to adjust my schedule, the main selling point of this tour just vanished. This is something I expect being highlighted in the tour description (Viator) and the tour guide making me aware of it upfront before we start the tour (Seeing me with my equipment) and not when we have arrived at the main attraction after 2.5 hrs.
Every place has regulations to follow. I witnessed you ignore my request and take pictures. It's not an absolute ban, but I told you that you can take pictures of fish, etc. I informed you that video shooting is not possible because auctions have sensitive information, such as price information. You are not a child. Making an effort to comply with the regulations the other person is asking for is the virtue of a gentleman over 70.
A few tourists and a of locals. An experienced local guide, which steers you through her very big seafood market and helps to choose the food which will be then cooked in the first floor. The first floor is a big restaurant. Anytime again thank you very much.

Thank you for joining me on my seafood tour. As you know, the most important thing in making delicious food is to prepare it with fresh ingredients. I purchased scallops from Jagalchi Market and steamed them briefly to ensure you could enjoy their fresh flavor. I sautéed the shrimp over high heat in a sauce everyone will love. I added a little butter at the end of the grilled fish to ensure you could enjoy the tenderness of the meat and the crispiness of the fish skin. Thank you so much for enjoying all the dishes I served.
Suyang was an incredible guide and chef. He told us all we wanted to know about the fish market, provided all the food and drinks and made us feel right at home. The menu was deliciously prepared fusion fish and shrimp dishes and Korean snacks and appetizers. We also got to try some Korean drinks. He was always friendly, patient and understanding, since we had an infant with us. We asked for recommendations and he provided us with plenty, even sending us all the map locations and checking whether a particular restaurant would be open the following day by calling. It was a wodnerful experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you, again, Suyang! Next time we'll definitely book your cooking class!

Since there were a total of 4 people in your family for dinner, I was able to provide a variety of dishes for dinner. I also served many kinds flavors of soda for your family, a popular drink in Busan. I was very happy that you and your family enjoyed my food without leaving a single bit.
