The crew was excellent and time in the beach was beautiful and relaxing. Lunch was good. The small amount of fish we saw during snorkeling was a little disappointing. We saw no other marine life besides live coral and small fish.

Our captain and two mates took great care to make sure guests were safe AND happy from start to finish. The current was strong but worth the effort to see amazing marine life, including a ray! Lunch was great, drinks were delicious and free-flowing and the time on the beach at Icacos was wonderful. Definitely go to the tide pools for wildlife sightings! Special shoutout to Captain Kenny and mates Kiwi and Lolo.

The people on this tour were very polite and showed us a great place to snorkel. I saw more fish than I thought I would. It was awesome. Then we went to the beach. Healthy sandwiches, vegetables, juice, rum drinks and fresh fruit were included. It was amazing.

Was told to be there at a certain time and apparently was a couple minutes late and the tour left and they refused to refund my money.

As part of this commitment, our team makes multiple proactive attempts to assist guests in arriving on time, including confirmation calls, reminders the day prior, and same-day communication. These measures are in place to support a smooth check-in process and to help prevent situations like this. Our departures are scheduled with precision out of respect for all guests on board, as well as for operational and safety considerations. Once the vessel departs, we are unfortunately unable to return to port without impacting the experience of others. While we understand how disappointing this situation may feel, our policies regarding missed departures are designed to be fair and consistent for all parties involved. Tremendous experience. We had a great family time. The staff (Jay, Kiwi and Lolo) very friendly and attentive. The safe, relaxing, family friendly and fun environment. The excursion was a 10/10. I recommend it 100%.
