The experience itself was great, staff were friendly. Pick up and drop off were all smooth. The speedboat they used to take us to the actual platform and the platform itself - we were not given any life jackets. Life jackets were only provided during parasailing . This should be improved for safety reasons. There was an additional “national park fee” that we were charged, while I was aware of this prior to the experience, i realised that there was no concept of a “national park fee” that anyone paid there nor was a ticket given to us for this fee. This fee was charged for children too, no breakdown given. It just felt like an additional fee this operator was charging to make the base price look cheaper, while there were other options which did not have this split.

We enjoyed every single moment of this activity. This activity costs at least 5 times more in other places, I recommend booking it with this agency.

Bad experience; the representatives kept arguing and screaming at each other; lack of organization; my son was lifted up in the air & stuck there for minutes without the boat moving to experience the air flow then they pulled him down. That is all about the terrible experience. Also when driving back in the boat, the guy was speeding in a terrible way.

I have always wanted to try this activity and I grabbed the chance as it was affordable. We went in a speed boat to the actually boat which was exciting. You are probably in the air for about 10 minutes and you get the opportunity to buy professional pictures as well , this was not forced on you to buy the pictures. Really great fun it isn’t scary at all . It is very peaceful once you are up on the air.

Got picked up and waited over an hour in a cafe for our turn to go for parasailing. Absolute time waste. Then went parasailing for only 3-4 mins. Not worth it.

Great experience 👍, nice team, pretty straightforward, it is a quick event and turnaround is fast. But for the cost, it's well worth the experience 😉 🙌🏾

The views were breathtaking ! We were in awe at how amazing the coast looked from the sky. The staff were wonderful and hilarious! We will definitely do this again! Highly recommend parasailing in Hurghada! ps: I'm terrified of heights but I'm so glad I went ahead with it! I know that I would've regretted it if I hadn't

We thoroughly enjoyed our parasailing experience! We cannot fault it at we will definitely be back! Everybody we communicated with was so kind and professional! Special shout out to the men on the boats who had a fantastic sense of humour! 10/10

If the organizer wasn't great I would have given less stars. He really went out of his way to accommodate my request to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. Unfortunately, the time in the air was only about 3 minutes, so much shorter than stated. That is a pity. Otherwise it was nice.
