Turen åbner snart op til fredelige landlige veje linet med kokospalmer og grøntsagshave, hvor lokalbefolkningen leder til markerne på cykler. Undervejs deler din guide historier om landsbylivet og forklarer, hvordan disse samfund fortsætter med at balancere tradition med de ændringer turismen bringer.
Vores første stop er et lille familie køkken, hvor bánh bèo (dampede riskaker) tilberedes til morgenmad ved hjælp af den traditionelle metode. Det er en simpel, lækker indsigt i det daglige liv på landet, før vi fortsætter med at ride til en af Hoi Ans smukkeste landsbyer, hvor vi stopper ved et familiehjem for at lære om traditionen med familiekapeller. Herfra følger ruten små kanaler og vandveje mod en træbådsbygningsplads. Fiskeri forbliver provinsens livsblod, og synet af håndværkere, der forme skrog med hånden, er et højdepunkt for fotografer. Hvis timingen er den rigtige, vil du også se familier, der samles ved kysten, rengøre deres fiskernet mellem rejser på havet.
Vores sidste stop inkluderer et familiedrevet destilleri, hvor risvin stadig fremstilles på samme måde som det har været i generationer. Du er velkommen til at prøve et glas, eller for de eventyrlystne, prøv den stærkere lokale version fyldt med urter! Efter det er det tid til at ride tilbage til Hoi An.

We did this activity as a group of 5 friends (ages 24-30) and really enjoyed seeing the countryside away from the well-known market areas of Hoi An. Our guide Howard was warm, funny and at each stop shared some interesting insights which we wouldn’t have picked up on otherwise. Would love to do again with the family! Thank you.

Hand down one of the best day trips we have done as a family. Cycling was busy in the town but safe and settled down int he country lanes. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the houses and meeting families and seeing the culture. Lanh was a brilliant guide, very informative and friendly. Highly recommend!

Tam was an amazing tour guide! We had the best time exploring and learning more about Vietnamese culture. The bikes were perfectly fitted for the ride and the ride suited everyone's ability. Tam explained everything clearly and tailored the tour uniquely to our group which was perfect! Along the way we got to see so many new sights and meet so many lovely locals who made our experience even better! The tour was interactive which kept everyone involved, we had so much fun! Overall we had the best time and we couldn't have done it without our tour guide tam. Tam is the best!!!

Than our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the countryside and its deep history. He was professional and always had safety first as we navigated the streets of Hoi An, crossed bridges and cycled country paths and roads. I would highly recommend Than as a guide. The stops and activities were educational and good fun. An excellent morning!!!

What a fun and memorable bicycle tour of the Hoi A countryside. Our guide Linh was exceptional and knowledgeable and kept us together at leisurely pace. Lots of breaks and great to be off the beaten path past rice fields and various farms. my 13 yr old son and I learned so much about the region and culture, making rice noodles, weaving basket mats, and even various types of rice wine. 5 stars and recommend this as a way to see and explore by bicycle

Had such an amazing time, the guides are lovely, the places they take you are very memorable and definetly worth it to get out of the busy tourist area, they show you the amazing countryside along with the buffalos, rice paper making, weaving and where they make the happy water which you get to taste, our guide was mike he was great to chat with!
