Thanks Nathalie and the team - we had a seamless transition from the plane to our transport. The lines for customs were at least 2 hrs and the guys walked us straight through in 10mins Well worth the money after an 8 hr flight - communication and service was excellent 👍
On the day we travelled the other lines moved as fast as the priority. Guide meets you,walks 30m to drop you in the lines of which there were about 5. Can see how it may be an advantage if large amount of incoming flights but in our case could have saved the money.
Was worth the cost to avoid the busy lines on arrival. We easily saved over an hour by doing this. The normal queue was very long
This service delivered as advertised. I did not think things were going well as persons arriving later were sent to the diplomatic line with no people but after thirty minutes in line we processed through, were greeted again by another individual who helped grab our luggage and whisk us away to our waiting ride. Processed through in a total of 45 minutes and on the way to the hotel. I would recommend the service. I give it 5 stars
Highly recommend this service! The Fast Track was absolutely worth it. We skipped the long immigration lines, saved a lot of time, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It made arriving and departing in Ho Chi Minh City so much easier and stress-free. Would definitely use it again.

Recommend to anyone arriving or leaving Vietnam made immigration and security so quick and easy.
The service included assistance with my luggage, but the guy simply got lost He just stopped me with a sign with my name on it, directed me to the immigration counter and that was all the service was.

We heard stories about the long wait. Being a first time visitor in Vietnam we just wanted to be in and out of the airport fast so we can start our tours. It was an easy morning because there were bot too many lines and it was still early. But for us the service was very helpful.
