It was a very beautiful landscape and interesting to see. The food was good and the bus was also very comfortable
The 2 day/1 night Aspira cruise was perfect! A beautiful, well maintained ship with a wonderful staff. John, the cruise director, was amazing—professional, friendly and knowledgeable! The rooms felt luxurious too. Very much recommend.

We had an amazing experience on the Aspira Cruise in Ha Long Bay. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect. The boat was beautiful, the cabins were spotless, the food was delicious, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. What really made the trip special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel looked after throughout the cruise. A special thank you to Aki and John, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference, and they were always smiling and ensuring everyone had a fantastic time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Aspira Cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable trip—we’ll definitely be back!
Aki and John were great hosts. Everything was organised well and the boat was clean and well equipped. Kayaking was fun.
We booked a 2 night, 3 day cruise in an executive suite. The room was spacious, comfortable and the views from the bedroom were stunning! The cruise as a whole was great value for money. Costs for on- board services were what you would expect but far more value than what you would pay for back home in Australia. Cruise aside, I want to talk about the crew because no words can describe how beautiful they all were. We have an autistic boy who can feel overwhelmed and struggle to settle in the best of times. They were brilliant, patient and genuine in their care and love for him. They bent over backwards to help him. In addition he had an eye infection and Sunrise especially, did everything sje could to ease the discomfort. Special thanks to Sunrise and Sophia ,Tom, Oliver, John and Aki, believe me there are so many more worthy of mention, couldnt remember everyones names. Exceptional crew that we will dearly miss, and we hope to have formed new lifelong friendships ❤️

We had a pleasant time with Aspira cruise, the entire crew members were super friendly and they took very good care of us. The agenda was well planned and we were able to experience the beauty of the bays. Food and drinks are also fresh and tasty. We also really enjoyed our conversations and hospitality provided by John and Aki, my teenager girls had so much fun learning new games and learn about Vietnam culture and cooking. Fun tour to join!
