Along the way, they shared fascinating stories about the city’s history and pointed out important landmarks, including the residence of Galileo. The historical context and local insights made us appreciate Florence far beyond its famous landmarks. The highlight of the tour was undoubtedly arriving at Piazzale Michelangelo. The panoramic views overlooking the Arno River, Florence’s iconic skyline, and the rolling Tuscan hills were simply breathtaking. Seeing the replica of Michelangelo’s David standing proudly in the square while taking in one of the most spectacular cityscapes in Italy is a memory we’ll never forget. What made the experience even more special was climbing the steps to the Basilica di San Miniato. The basilica itself was absolutely stunning, with its beautiful marble interior, intricate craftsmanship, and peaceful atmosphere. Standing inside such a historic church was inspiring, but stepping back outside to the terrace overlooking Florence was truly magical. The sweeping views of the Duomo, the Arno River, the terracotta rooftops, and the surrounding hills created one of the most breathtaking panoramas we experienced during our entire trip. The golf cart made reaching these incredible viewpoints comfortable and effortless, allowing us to enjoy every stop without the fatigue of walking Florence’s steep hills. It was the perfect combination of comfort, history, and unforgettable scenery. If you’re visiting Florence, I highly recommend this tour early in your stay. It provides an excellent introduction to the city, offers spectacular photo opportunities, and takes you to places that reveal Florence from an entirely different perspective. This was one of our favorite experiences, and we left with a much deeper appreciation for the city’s history, beauty, and timeless charm. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best way to get to Piazzale Michelangelo! We saved so much energy by taking the golf cart tour instead of walking up that hill. Our driver, Aymen, was fantastic and made the trip even more enjoyable.
Sebastian was on his phone talking and texting so we didn’t get to hear any of the highlights of the tour. While we paid for a 2 hour tour he sped through and dropped us off 30 minutes early. He wanted to take us to his father’s store and made sure to give us his card so we could pass it along. Waste of money. Walk Florence instead
We were looking for something to do outside of Galleria dell’Accademia and Basilica Santa Maria di Fiore. This was that and my nephew loved seeing where Galileo spent his final years. He also took us somewhere with an incredible view of the city and it was welcome to sit down for a bit. On the other hand though, our guide was 20+ minutes late, and did not respond to messages through the app nor phone calls. After picking us up, the tour ran the original length of time so he did not make up for the time he was late. The golf cart sat 5 (plus driver) with two of those being reverse facing seats. I and another passenger were in throes back seats and could not hear a word the guide said. They need to have speakers on the golf cart or some kind of headset for passengers. In my opinion this was not worth the cost and would not recommend.
Sebastian gave an amazing insider/local tour of the hills outside the city center and we could not have been more pleased. I booked it last minute and it was well worth it! Kids (16 and 12) enjoyed it also. He gave us great restaurant and customer leather shop recommendations too.
Private golf cart tour, our guide was very knowledgeable and answered any questions. Stopped on numerous occasions for photo opportunities. A great way to see Florence.
