Very communicative and quick to respond. A very easy and smooth experience for someone who wants to move at their own pace.
We waited until we arrived in Florence to decide what to do. Many attractions require tickets way in advance but we did not know where we would like to spend our time until we arrived. My husband really wanted to do the Duomo. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were still tickets for a 10am time, which was perfect because it had been so hot in Italy for our whole trip. The purchase was easy and confirmed quickly with clear instructions in where to go. It was suggested to arrive at 9:50-55 which we did and were 2nd in line. The doors open at 10:15 and security starts letting you in close to 10;30. Being able to go to the crypt, cathedral, baptistry and museum made this a great deal. Highly recommend this tour if you are okay doing it in your own and do not want to climb up to the cupola.
We loved exploring the Basilica Santa Maria del Fiore and the The Crypt of Santa Reparata - it is astonishing to see the Duomo from inside - the intricate art that covers it - it is like heaven itself. The crypt provides a view into 14c of history - there is so much more than meets the eye, so try to read some in advance to better appreciate all the artefacts. I personally enjoyed the best the Opera del Duomo Museum. 6,000+ square meters structured into 28 rooms. Awe inspiring concentration of faith, art and history. Here are preserved the original masterpieces of art that over the course of seven centuries have decorated its monuments: from Michelangelo, to Donatello, Brunelleschi, Ghiberti and countless others... combined with the soft and ethereal music that plays throughout the museum, the experience is otherworldly.
Another not-to-be-missed experience. There was a line but it was worth the wait. It’s magnificent. Don’t miss the ruins downstairs.
This was not skip the line. They would not let us in and our only option was to stand in line after 700 ppl in the burning sun. Still waiting back from Viator for refund
No guide- just buying a ticket that has been sold out. Essentially reselling the ticket. You will still wait on line, but it moves quickly. The Catherdral, Bell Tower and Crpyt were captivating and wonderful. Gorgeous views, stunning art work and engineering.
It was fun. In the city of Milan, the riverside shopping street I didn't know was interesting and I could shop for clothes and many other things.
Lovely experience, including the 414 steps to the top of the bell tower. There was a queue for the skip the line access so I would get there for around 9:30am if booking the early option
Skip line is great. It does not mean you won’t wait in a line. It just means you skipped the very very, very long lines.
Doors don't open until 10:15 even if you have any earlier ticket. There is no skip the line. You have to stand in line for everything.
