Our “Lisbon ambassador” Pedro Alves was just beyond amazing! His knowledge about anything and everything, literally, was extensive! Not one minute passed that he did not have something interesting to share with us when we were in the car going from point A to B - about Lisbon’s economy, history, culture, sports, beliefs etc. We could tell this was his true passion, not just a job. Now top that off with a cool, calm, peaceful demeanor, and you have your cherry on top! We were traveling with 2 seniors who had mobility issues. And there were times when Pedro volunteered to watch my dad while we walked to a point that was hard for him to go with us. His suggestions about trying different local things was GREAT! We even went for an amazing wine tasting experience that he booked for us just a day in advance! And while we were at our wine tasting experience, he decided to treat us with the local pastries when we were done (which btw were delicious and we would not know to try them!) On our way to Sintra, he decided on his own that he would take a slight detour to show us the Western most point of Europe. We would have never known or even asked about this point! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly even which store we should go to buy our souvenirs at Fatima (so MANY stores selling fake stuff!). I could go on and on about Pedro. He truly is a Lisbon ambassador. And the company owner of yellow cab tour, Fabio, has also been simply amazing helping me arrange everything in advance. You MUST use this company when in Lisbon. We had a very wonderful day with Jorge! Although the trip was very fast, Jorge made sure that we had time to visit some local shops for souvenirs. Jorge was very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our day!

Pedro A. was such an AMAZING tour guide! We enjoyed his company for 1 whole day full of laughter and information. Nuno Viegas was our tour guide and driver. We booked this tour via Armada hotel management. The trip was completed on April 3rd Friday. He picked us from the hotel exactly at the time he promised and then went to two other hotels to pick two families. He drove us to destinations that were promised. Few things about his service: 1. Nine is extremely knowledgeable. He provided us full history of every place and events that took place. 2. Extremely friendly 3. Was open to all types of our questions. 4. We enjoyed a lot in his company as he suggested us food options, traveling options, and tour options. 5. He kept his promise to give us enough time to enjoy every location. 6. At Penna castle he accompanied us and provided us the details on kingdoms, architecture, and cultural evolution. 7. Too me he was a very educated guy who provided us great information along with his guiding services. 8. We will strongly recommend him to our friends.
