Alex and Jesus were the absolute best host! The place was absolutely great no seaweed clean water and clean beach. The guys went above and beyond to make my family's time a great experience. Recommend if you're coming to Costa Maya easy to get from Port. 5 stars!!

If you want to spend an excellent day, with a nice beach, taking a snorkeling tour this is the right place
The "beach" area is full of seaweed and the water is a brownish color, looks like lake water. The vendors are RELENTLESS! Every 3-5 minutes someone is approaching selling something. It's awful. The food was gross, I had the chicken tacos and the chicken was dry and overcooked. The mixed drink I had was ok. I will not be back.
Sargassum is a global problem that affects us all. We do our best to keep the beach clean, as we have been doing... I truly regret your opinion, but that's no longer in our hands. Even so, our beach is one of the cleanest around. Regarding the food, if you have a photo, it would help us improve, instead of just your negative opinion, which affects us greatly. Thank you.
Exclusive beach! Alex helped with everything. He set us up with beach chairs, table to eat and endless drinks. We ordered the special, Mexican red snapper. Thanks, Alex. 10/10!
We had a great experience at the Kraken beach club. We booked this as a shore excursion. It’s easy to get a taxi to and from the club, $5 per person each way plus tip. The snorkeling was great-Daniel and Axo took us to a great spot not far from the beach club. We saw three turtles and a ton of fish. Absolutely loved it. Be careful about what you agree to, though-the snorkeling tour on the boat is NOT included-it was $50 per person for us (plus tip, of course). Totally worth it, but just be aware. Also, the food is good but super expensive. It was $94 plus tip for two taco plates (just tacos), a small app of guacamole and chips, and two beers. So again, just be aware. Plus, you will be expected to tip the guy who « takes care of » you. The water at the beach club is very shallow, perfect if you just want to sit in the water with your drink. The seaweed is kept out by netting-also very appreciated.
Alex was an amazing host. We were met at our taxi as soon as we arrived. Alex had loungers waiting for us at the waters edge. We had the best day with our family-the kids loved snorkeling and the food was delicious -the best we had on our trip. I highly recommend booking with Alex and Beach Club Kraken!
It was very nice, we ate the Mayan fish, and pastor tacos wooow. The snorkeling tour was amazing!!!!!!!
