Very nice driver. New a lot of the area and made great recommendations for entertaining. Drove safely at a normal speed..

Very seamless experience (besides the staff in the airport trying to sell things and lying about how to access your transportation from the airport). The driver gave great recommendations for places to eat in town, they offered complimentary drinks, and the ride was smooth. The private car was well kept, clean, and the driver helps load your luggage. The only thing I wish this offered, is a round trip transportation option.

Milo was great and the pick up was easy. He gave suggestions of where to go at the marina. Will use them again

The driver was very attentive and patient dropping me off in Pedregal. My driver was very nice and the car was clean.

Our driver (Eddie) was great he was right where they said he would be holding a sign with our name. We also got great instructions about navigating the airport and the sales people - there are a lot of sales people who are very good at making you think they are there to help you…but they are there to sell you a timeshare. We just told them we had explicit instructions and they moved on to other people. We also used them for the return to the airport and to drive us into Cabo for the day. I would 1000% recommend this company for all your transportation needs!!

After arriving and reporting to our designated meeting point, we were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. It was 45 min. Not a big deal. The ride was uneventful. The real problem started 2 days later when I started receiving texts from Estevez threatening that my Viator reservation was invalid, would be canceled, and I would HAVE to rebook with them directly through text. I said that my reservation was in fact active and paid for. The harassing via text continued. I did cancel and booked through another company. This is unprofessional and no way to do business. I highly advise booking with another vendor!

Our experience with Estevez Transfers was excellent from start to finish. Upon arriving at the airport, we easily found Hector at Tent 10 exactly as described in the instructions, and he was holding a digital sign with my name displayed, which immediately gave us confidence that we were with the correct transportation service. Hector was kind, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire trip. We were transported in a comfortable private SUV exclusively for the two of us, which made the ride especially relaxing after traveling. He offered us a choice of cold water or beer as a welcome drink, which was a very thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated in the Cabo heat. Hector speaks both English and Spanish fluently and was incredibly patient and friendly as we attempted to practice a little Spanish ourselves while still communicating clearly in English. He was easy to understand, engaging, and made the ride enjoyable by sharing information about the local area and Cabo San Lucas along the way. The drive was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend Hector and Estevez Transfers to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas.

Very professional driver and a clean ride. Eddie was waiting exactly where he says he’d be and had our name on a sign. Easy to find outside the airport. Just follow the directions they give you. Read it. Also, Make sure you fill out all your info for flight arrival time correctly. I had a glitch but they worked with me and got it straightened out and no problems. Highly recommend this service. Beats a taxi especially going to Cabo San Lucas area as it’s about a 45-50 minute ride depending on traffic. Very comfortable in our large, air conditioned vehicle with cold drinks at the ready!
