I cannot comment on the actual travel experience (hence the average 3-star rating), as I was never a customer. My email address was mistakenly linked to someone else's booking, and over the past week I received several booking-related emails intended for another traveller. I contacted the company twice to explain the mistake, asked them to remove my email address from their records, and suggested they contact the actual traveller using the other contact details they should have on file. Unfortunately, I never received a reply, the emails continued, and I have now even received a request to leave a TripAdvisor review for a trip I never took. Mistakes happen, but I would have expected a prompt response and for the issue to be resolved quickly, particularly where personal data is involved. I sincerely hope the actual guest had a wonderful trip. My comments relate only to the handling of this email mix-up, and I hope they help improve the process going forward.
45 minutes delay for pick up at the hotel in the morning. Lack of time to stop and see the pink flamingos. We were told they didn’t have any on the island. Rush all day

Le retard ce jour-là était dû à un accident, ce qui a malheureusement perturbé notre planning. Veuillez noter que nous sommes habituellement très ponctuels pour nos transferts. Concernant les flamants roses, veuillez noter qu’ils vivent dans leur habitat naturel et que leur présence ne peut donc pas être garantie. Nous espérons néanmoins que vous avez pu profiter de certains aspects de la visite et nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau pour une meilleure expérience. Vos remarques sont très importantes pour nous et nous aideront à améliorer notre organisation et notre communication afin d’offrir une expérience plus agréable et détendue à l’avenir. This tour was great! The guide was a lot of fun. I appreciated her passion for conservation. The beaches were great. Great photo opportunities. The 2 snorkeling spots were cool. Got to see a few sea turtles at the first stop along with some other cool marine wildlife. The 3rd stop was great snorkeling - so many different fish! The bus was comfortable - the AC was nice after a hot day of snorkeling.

Awesome guided trip, with a chance to see 3 different beaches in one tour. The A/C bus and guides so nice. I came wearing my bathing suit, and brought a towel, hat, cheap water shoes, sunscreen, change of clothes, and some tip money. Tour gives you just enough time to get familiar with the West side of the island. A/C bus, lunch/soda, showers, coconut drink, snorkel mask, and opportunity to quickly see 3 beaches, it is a bargain. Recommend

On first stop I got injured along the dock. We were instructed to go in at that location and waves were to strong and knock everyone over. The guides should of canceled us from going in. Plus was super cloudy and wouldn't have been able to see any turtles. Second location had large swell coming in and they canceled that spot. So we basically spent entire trip at one beach and it was very nice. Sometimes mother nature has other plans on your beach. The guides probably should of know better to put us in jeopardy.

An absolutely fantastic excursion. The staff were amazing . Super friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The time spent at each beach - 3 in total - was adequate to get a sense of the area and relax. The price - which includes lunch, access to a private beach, and an a/c bus- is modest and worth it for the experience. The beaches are stunning and because we started out earlier in the morning they were not very busy ( we also came during off season so that contributed to less congestion as well). Really great beaches to sun bathe, relax , and go snorkelling. The waters were pristine blue and full of tropical fish and sandy shores.

The beaches were beautiful, snorkeled with turtles, only the stop to see flamingo was not done, which was a shame, because this was in the ad.

Very good experience. They fulfilled everything they offered. Very good all the historical, cultural and excellent explanations that put us local music and explain the rhythms.
