The lounge was clean, comfortable, and well organized. There was even a separate family area for those traveling with children. The complimentary food and drinks were very good. We only used the lounge before our departure, but next time I would definitely book it for both arrival and departure. I highly recommend it.
It was well worth the money especially if you have to wait for your flight and are hungry. Plus the food was good and fresh.
Finding Club Mobay departure was not smooth, we had to ask a lot of questions to find it. It should be smooth like the Arrival. I loved the Arrival experience. The food for departure was better than the Arrival. The Arrival food was very watered down and the space felt cramped because of the traffic coming in and going out. However I did appreciate the waitress service. Overall the experience was good but Departure needs more signage, and a guide.
It’s the best experience in air travel where you can go somewhere and relax before venturing through difficult air travel. The people are wonderful, attentive and always making sure the club is clean. Thank you for having a place to disappear in a very hectic airport.
Service was great but food wasn’t very good and the small plates were annoying.
Absolutely a WASTE OF MONEY and a worthless experience. We first used this service this last July 4th. When we arrived and requested a Bloody Mary, I was told they didn’t have it. My husband requested a Mojito and said don’t have that either. I asked what they had and when we ordered from that menu, the young lady came back, telling me they had ran out of that one as well. Some frozen mango drink . The food was cold and not very appetizing. The young lady mentioned that tips were accepted. For what? I was told we would have showers and that was a LIE. I am returning in August decided to give them another try. Let’s just say that the customer Service service is horrendous. Very rude and condescending. I will not pay a dime to stay there again. Don’t waste your money. I took the time to read some of the reviews and it seems to concur. Not worth it. I CERTAINLY HOPE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECORDED THE CONVERSATION IN THE MANAGER OF SUPERVISOR REVIEWS IT.
The staff at club Mobay is always amazing and professional. I had one issue on July 17, 2026. I waited in the arrival lounge and the waitress ignored me for 20 minutes and I observed her taking orders from others ( white guests) who came in the lounge after me. Once I got up to leave, the manager saw me and asked if I was okay. I explained to him what happened he apologized and he took my request. The manager is very professional and I appreciate him recognizing my displeasure and offering to remedy it. The reason for this post is to highlight what happened and for it to be taken care of for it is unacceptable. I have been using club Mobay for many years and just because of how this waitress treated me, I’ am starting to reconsider using their service. I wish this will never happened again.
Our representative was very kind and accommodating to us as my husband had been sick on the plane. She took care of our luggage and got us to the head of the lines because my husband was sick. She was very kind.

I was happy to see our names and someone waiting for us to pass the long lines at airport. It was a breeze. Not like in the past when i waiting the long lines. I enjoyed the food and drinks while waiting for my friends coming on another plan a little later then myself. Worth the money.

Do not hesitate to book this service! It was a wonderful way to end our vacation. Walking into the facility you truly feel like you are wisked away into an elite experience. At the lounge we were able to relax in a well designed, comfortable, and modern space. Nosh on some delicious treats, and receive phenomenal attention (thanks Danielle). We will definitley be booking again.
