This is a fantastic service, one which is very welcome after a long flight. We had a lovely guide called Vivienne meet us immediately as we exited the plane on arrival in Kingston, Jamaica. She escorted us to the front of every queue, passport control, customs etc. Once our luggage was collected she brought us to a private area where we enjoyed some refreshments and delicious snacks while she went to check on our taxi. This is an excellent service if you value time and convenience as we do.

Friendly staff and comfortable area to wait for your flight. The food has a good range from sushi to fruit platter and patties.

First lounge experience and it met expectation. Comfortable seats and a good selection of food and drink. Service was great - shout out to Lloyd. This will be part of my travel experience moving forward.
