Med afgang fra La Spezia vil vi sejle forbi alle fem landsbyer og omfavne kystlinjen for ikke at gå glip af højdepunkterne i det barske landskab, skjulte bugter og historiske relikvier, der kun er synlige til søs og under vejledning af vores ekspertbesætning. Undervejs vil der være tid til at stoppe op og svømme i det krystalklare blå hav, eller blot slappe af på båden, mens den nedgående sol danser af vandet. Mens vi venter på solnedgangen, vil vi udforske den magiske bugt Portovenere, inklusive Byrons grotte, før vi deler en skål foran Portoveneres smukke kulisse. Vi vender så tilbage til La Spezia i det smukke tusmørke. Portovenere er ofte overset, men uden tvivl den smukkeste af kystlandsbyerne i området. Portovenere er også den ældste, med sådanne historiske vidundere som St. Peter-kirken, der ligger næsten camoufleret på toppen af den rene klippeflade på det vestligste punkt af byen, og det dominerende Doria Slot, der har udsigt over landsbyen. Den nordligste landsby i Cinque Terre er Monterosso, som er adskilt i to sider: det historiske centrum og den "nye" side kaldet Fegina, med en fodgængertunnel, der forbinder de to. Monterosso er mere spredt end de andre landsbyer og er den eneste, der tilbyder strandservice, hvilket gør den til den mest besøgte af Cinque Terre.
Vernazza, som er den mindste af Cinque Terre, og almindeligvis kendt som den mest charmerende med en smuk lille havn og kirken St. Margaret af Antiochia, der ligger lige ved vandet. Her vil du også se Belforte Tower, der ligger lige ved havnen som et fyrtårn for beskyttelse af den lille landsby.
Corniglia, der sidder 100 meter højt på en klippeflade, er den eneste af landsbyerne uden havn og har en panoramisk terrasse, hvor du kan se Manarola og Riomaggiore mod syd og Vernazza og Monterosso mod nord.
En kort tur op ad kysten, og vi finder Manarola, som ligger på den anden ende af Via del Amore og er en del af Riomaggiore kommune. Manarola er kendt for sin vinproduktion og producerer den unikke dessertvin kaldet Sciacchetrà, som kun findes i dette område.
Mens vi fortsætter med at sejle op langs kysten, er den sidste af Cinque Terre-landsbyerne, som vi vil støde på, Riomaggiore. Med farvestrålende huse bygget lodret op ad de omkringliggende bakker, er Riomaggiore den næststørste af de fem landsbyer og er kendt for fremragende dykkersteder ud for sin kyst i det beskyttede havområde, der strækker sig langs hele Cinque Terre. Her vil du også se, hvor den verdensberømte Via del Amore vandresti starter, der fører til nabolandet Manarola.

It was an unforgettable experience. We could enjoy a beautiful boat trip with a nice drink in hand and sailed to a nice spot where we could swim during the sunset.

A great cruise excursion for those looking for something different to do out of port La Spezia. My family and I were not interested in the hour to Pisa with no traffic and two hours to Florence. We would have been rushed and spent more time on a bus than traveling. This was a beautiful, relaxing tour. From the beginning the company was very easy and pleasant to communicate with while booking and then continued to promptly answer any questions I had prior to the trip. Directions on where to meet were easy to follow. It’s a short walking distance from port. We were greeted by Simone and Catarina aboard the boat with fresh fruit, delicious foccia bread and any drink we could want. The snorkel/ swim spots were beautiful. The town stop was cute and a great experience. The 6 hours blew by. The food served was delicious and everything was taken care of for us from towels to Dramamine if we had needed. A beautiful way to spend the day along the Italian cost. This was a much better excursion than any cruise ship would offer. Thanks for a beautiful day and even more beautiful memories!
The most exceptional tour and highlight of our Italy trip was our Cinque Terre tour with Sara and Simone. Booking and coordinating our trip with them was seamless. We were coordinating with Megan and she was very organized with our reservation, and even prepared our car transfer from the train to our airbnb and to the docks. They were very flexible with our schedule. Sara was a wonderful tour guide, she was very knowledgeable and engaging, we learned a lot about the history and landscape of the region. Our captain, Simone was amazing as well! We appreciate the time and effort it took for us to have an enjoyable tour, not rushing our stops and our swimming time. The boat itself is very clean, modern, comfortable and spacious for our family of four. The tasting (both the wine and the food) was enjoyable and delicious as well. Last and definitely not the least, we appreciate that they let us soak in the beautiful sunset with the wild goats. We enjoyed and loved this tour and have never experienced anything like it. If you are in the area and have the time, BOOK THIS TOUR! You are in for a treat!
Experience that I recommend to everyone. After hitting the pavement for 4 days on the hiking trails along the 4 villages... a completely different approach by sea.

An all-round successful boat tour to Cinque Terre. We were a total of 5 people and had reserved the tour from Germany in advance by email. Excellent contact. Reservation made without deposit or other. Then unexpectedly received an upgrade to the Blue Boat. 2 stops in the villages. Very pleasant crew. Drinks and snacks were served. Absolute recommendation. You can't look at the villages more beautifully.

Our family booked a tour as part of our Italian adventure this summer. I had many questions for Megan prior to our visit because we were staying in Lucca and not the Cinque Terre area. She promptly and patiently answered all of my questions. We booked the 6 hour day tour on the black boat. Our experience exceeded our expectations! The seas were a bit choppy the day of our tour, but are visit was just perfect. We toured all five villages from the sea and made a stop at Monterosso. After our tour of the villages, we stopped at swam off the coast of Porto Venere. We were treated to a delightful lunch before we headed back to La Spezia! I highly recommend seeing Cinque Terre from the sea. The views were spectacular and if you do so, do it with The Blue Boat Cinque Terre Tours!
We were touring cinqueterre while explaining the story and bathing from time to time. It was extraordinary. They treated us wonderfully, the children enjoyed as Crazy with experience, plus, super nice Simone. We'll be back. Thanks for everything.
