Very well informed guide, good pace and good presentation.
The Churchill War Rooms tour was excellent. Our guide Andy brought the history to life. He was knowledgeable and super engaging. You could tell he thoroughly knew his material. He gave us a lot of background before entering the museum and tailored the tour to our interests when possible. I would highly recommend Andy and this tour to anyone who has an interest in Churchill or WWII history. Definitely one of the best historical guides I’ve ever had.
We had an absolutely wonderful tour with Sheldon! He was enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable, and engaging from start to finish. His passion for the history and culture really brought everything to life, and he made the experience both informative and enjoyable. We learned so much while also having a great time. Sheldon has a wonderful way of connecting with the small group and making everyone feel involved. The entire tour was thoughtfully paced, thoroughly enjoyable, and truly one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend Sheldon to anyone looking for an exceptional tour experience!

Our tour guide Andy was great! Very knowledgeable about not only the Churchill War Rooms but also WWII And bonus: he got his PhD in WWI! So we also got a very thorough understanding of the events that led up to WWII and the necessity of the Churchill War Rooms.
This was worth the money and Andy was so knowledgable! We learnt so much on this tour and highly recommend it.

Andrew is a wonderful guide and amazingly well-informed. Much of his knowledge was a bit over my 11-year-old’s head but he still kept him engaged. It was great to get more details and back stories than are covered in the typical audio tour.
If you enjoy World War 2 British history, this is a very nice tour. It said 2 1/2 hours but I think it was closer to 2 hours, which was perfect. Andy, our tour guide was very knowledgeable about British history.
