The experience for the flyover ride itself is very good, although it seems like the immersion experience is a bit short, given we spend a fair amount of time in a waiting room with videos and then another video room after both showing videos of some of the back story which is fine, but not really what the visitor is expecting/paying for. Afterwards you can buy a photo, which given it is a 4x6 for 10$ seems like the photo should be an 8x10. Overall my family enjoyed it but the general feeling was the experience itself was too short.
The rain made it miserable. Then we all had to find a place to sit inside. Otherwise it would have been great. Waste of money sitting inside where you couldn't see nothing out the windows. There really wasn't enough room for everyone inside. The rain is what spoiled it.The stories the tour guide told were quite interesting though,he did a great job!
This was a lovely night tour. It was easy to find the pickup location, and the boat itself was reasonably comfortable. Tour guide was engaging and I loved seeing the lights at night.
Beautiful boat ride with a bonus spooky Chicago history lesson! Well organized event and the narrator was very knowledgeable.
The commentary and trip was good but the caption was extremely rude Not only to me but to other passengers as well

It was fine. Stories were good! A different twist on some we’d heard before. Small problem with crew not getting passengers off the boat so they could clean and get us folks on. Only major problem was with people who had no consideration for others as they decided to carry-on as if they were the only folks on board. Why do people sign up for a narrated trip and then talk during it? I will credit Doug for finally asking them to quiet down, but it was well-over halfway through the tour. Also, he might want to face the audience whenever he speaks AND move to his right side when speaking to make passengers all across the boat feel included.
I hate to rate it low but it was raining and I didn’t get to go….it rains a lot on the weekends from what I seen if you don’t mind rain I’m sure it will be great
Such an interesting tour. Guide Doug was a great story teller and offered so much tips and tricks. Definitely would recommend on a not rainy night.
