This is a scam - the tour operator will process your reservation and payment but not deliver. I reserved a golf cart tour for 4 people, paid up front. Nobody showed up, the tour operator wasn’t responding to text or phone messages. After repeatedly calling ( and past the tour time) they texted me saying they don’t have any information about the booking. Despite sending the confirmation, booking ticket … they still refused to acknowledge that I signed up for a tour with them. They did offer to see if they could find another guide and that I’d need to pay again. This is crazy and after the bad experience I read more reviews with the same experience. I’m now arguing with Viator to try to get a refund. We were only on the island for the day so I couldn’t rebook. STAY AWAY !!!

10/10 experience! Our driver was so patient! Our pick up address got changed last minute but our driver was on the phone with us and gave us directions on where she will pick us up. She was also very informative during our tour, stopped so we could take pictures, and even took amazing photos for my family! She was so funny and the entire tour was so fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend for those who want to learn about the island’s history and landmarks

It was the best two hours of the trip and it’s definitely worth the money. Dudley was awesome, very kind, very knowledgeable, and was a great-driver. I would suggest anyone to spend the money and make the effort.!

We had the most wonderful experience with Janeece! This was the boys’ first time on Catalina, and she made it such a special and memorable experience for all of us. Waiting for a golf cart can take hours, especially when you’re coming off a cruise ship, so booking with Janeece was the absolute best decision! We gave her our requested pickup time, and she was right there near the port to pick us up. Her communication was absolutely top-notch from start to finish! She gave us an amazing golf cart tour around the island and was incredibly informative throughout the entire trip. She knew everything and everywhere—honestly, we didn’t have to check a map every two seconds because Janeece was the map! 😂 She also took the most wonderful photos of our family and made sure to drop us off wherever we wanted. She truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re visiting Catalina, we highly recommend booking with Janeece! She made our day absolutely perfect and created memories our family will never forget! 💕

Our guide was amazing! She was personable and knew so much about the island. We learned a ton of history and had a blast with her. She was humorous and fun. I recommend this tour for anyone wanting to learn about the culture and history of Catalina.

The Catalina island private Golf Cart tour was perfect. They were waiting at the destination where we said we would meet. Dudley our guide was awesome. He was so knowledgeable about Catalina. Took us to all the hot spots. Gave us time to take photos and even took photos of our group. I highly recommend this tour especially if you have never been to Catalina. Hopefully you get Dudley as your guide.

Great and interesting tour of Avalon and the surrounding hills. We learned about the history of the Island as well as the inner workings. Our tour guide was informative, fun and friendly.

Letty was incredibly sweet and a wonderful tour guide! She was knowledgeable about the island’s history and made a few stops to take our picture with breathtaking views of the pacific ocean/Avalon in the background. Letty also made great recommendations for food toward the end of our tour. My family had a fantastic time & would absolutely recommend!!!

Our tour guide Letti was so awesome! She has a great sense of humor and she really knows the history of the island! There was also stops so we could take pictures and take in the scenery. I would highly recommend.
