We had a nice trip with Louis to the two lakes. He took his time on the way to tell us something about the history and the area. He was very nice, punctual, drove safely, and we had a good time. The group was not too big, a small bus was very comfortable.
Driver and bus were great! As beautiful as the lakes are, no one in our group found it worth it because of the crowds of people. We tried to canoe and when we were literally next in line, they let at least 14 “priority people” ahead of us and we didn’t have enough time to canoe and ended up not having enough time to do anything else. People were pushy and rude and it was just a very disappointing experience. Will not be back.
The trip was fantastic and the saleprice made it worth it. Our driver Youn was amazing. Knowledgable and to the point. Highly reccomend the Banff2Go company. Finding the vehicle was all but a text to them to ask when it would be arriving and I had a super quick response.
Great way to see the sights. Comfortable way to travel to the lakes and not have to worry about parking .
Sweet Caroline was a fantastic driver and host! She gave us lots of great information during the tour and answered all our questions. Her humor and relaxed vibe added to a wonderful day of exploring the area.

A friend asked me for a recommendation — I rode this shuttle last year to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise; booking was easy, the driver was friendly, and the shuttle was clean and punctual. Plenty of time at each lake and totally stress-free — highly recommended.
We visited Moraine Lake with our family and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The view is absolutely breathtaking — the turquoise water surrounded by the majestic mountains looks even more stunning in person than in photos. Walking along the lakeshore and taking in the scenery together made it a perfect family outing. The area is very well maintained, and there are plenty of great spots to take pictures and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The famous Rockpile viewpoint is definitely worth the short walk for the incredible panoramic view. A big thank you to the Banff Tours for organizing such a smooth and enjoyable trip. The transportation and arrangements were very convenient, allowing our family to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of Moraine Lake. Our whole family loved the experience, from the beautiful nature to the fresh mountain air. If you’re visiting the Banff area, Moraine Lake is an absolute must-see. We would happily come back again! 🌄
Our tour guide, John and trainee Jash picked us up promptly from our accommodation at Canmore and took us to the bus in Banff. They were friendly and approachable and informative throughout the day. A friendly atmosphere was established from the beginning all passengers introducing themselves (there were not many of them on this occasion) the commentary by John to the lake Louise was excellent, we then went to lake Moriane. Enough time was allowed to view both experiences. The bus was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this excursion. Excellent value for money since it is easier to take the bus from Banff then to try and travel to Lake Louise and then get a bus which was booked out anyway.
This trip involves only 1 hour stop overs around the lakes and you will not have time for lunch or to even use a restroom as usually it would take a while to walk up to those places. God forbid you are late by a couple of minutes at any of the stops the driver Alex starts berating you for it. He started shouting at the kids in our party for talking not even making a sound just talking. Kept shushing and started banging the door saying you need to make sure your kids don’t talk. He started shushing at everyone when we found a bear and we were just showing others who we even do not know in the group. Apparently anyone who gets on to the shuttle has to maintain silence and can not carry any food in the vehicle. Really terrible experience for the money that we paid.
Hi K. , I'm sorry that our shuttle service did not meet your expectations. However, there are several points I'd like to address here. The service you booked with us is a shuttle service, not a guided tour. The schedule for each shuttle is fixed and published on the booking page. It explicitly states 1 hour at each lake. I'm not sure why you expected a different schedule for the shuttle. If you expected a bus to stop at each lake for longer than 1 hour, allowing time for your lunch, you must have misread the description and booked the wrong shuttle in the first place. All our drivers remind customers about the departure time at each stop to ensure no one misses the bus. The driver who served your shuttle simply followed our standard process. The bus was not supposed to wait for any customer returning late, but I understand he kindly waited for your group at Lake Louise for more than 7 minutes, along with other groups on the same bus. I truely believe that your group owes the driver, as well as other groups waiting, appreciation rather than accusation. I also discussed the situation about the noisy kids on the bus with the driver. I understand it was on the return trip when some other customers were tired and sleeping. He suggested to you as a parent to calm the kids a little. I'm not sure if he was as rude as you described, but considering his 5-star review rate, I doubt your version of story. We do accommodate customers' special schedule requests, such as taking an early bus in the morning and riding a later bus back, but we only reserve seats for these requests when customers communicate with us in advance. When someone doesn't have a special request in place and doesn't respect the scheduled time, I believe the words toward the bus driver who waited for them should be 'thanks' rather than blame. Remember the following text: It was an easy and very convenient trip to two major lakes. Just keep in mind that there is only 1 hour to explore each location, which is not enough time for hiking or other activities, but it's sufficient for taking a few photos. It would be better if they gave travelers at least 1.5 hours at each site.
