Pick up from the hotel was seamless and on time. Kalea our driver and tour guide was extremely pleasant, personable and informative. Kalea was an excellent driver and was very respectful of her passengers. We would recommend Kalea and Sastikaa Travel for touring Cameron Highlands.

Horrible experience. The company is not serious. We stayed 9 hours in the car, without going down, without seeing NO attraction, we didn't even visit an attraction, nothing, without lunch, the company decided after more than 5 hours of travel that we would return to Kuala Lumpur without consulting us. And we were not reimbursed, only 10% as an act of goodwill (it was what they said) The itinerary was changed in more than 100km in an already long journey. We are elderly and we were left without water, without meal and without going to a decent stop for 9h. It is a case beyond the consumer, it is a case of ill-treatment.
Thank you for your review. We respectfully disagree with several points in your account of the tour. From the moment of pickup, there were complaints regarding the early departure time, despite the tour being clearly scheduled to start at 7:00 AM. Guests who wish to have breakfast before departure should consider a later tour option, as traffic conditions can be unpredictable, especially during public holidays. Contrary to your statement, our driver successfully reached Cameron Highlands, and we have GPS records and supporting evidence confirming this. Due to severe holiday traffic, the driver adjusted the itinerary to avoid major congestion while still attempting to complete the tour. Traffic conditions are unfortunately beyond the control of any tour operator. Upon arrival, you declined to exit the vehicle and refused to continue with the planned sightseeing. The decision to return to Kuala Lumpur was made only after it became clear that you did not wish to proceed with the tour and were requesting a full refund despite having reached the destination. Regarding water and comfort stops, bottled drinking water was available in the vehicle throughout the journey. The driver remained professional and continued to assist despite repeated complaints during the trip. We have operated Cameron Highlands tours for many years and have successfully served thousands of guests, including many recent 5-star reviews for the same tour and driver. We take all feedback seriously, but we believe this review does not accurately reflect the events that occurred on the day of travel. All relevant evidence has been submitted to the booking platform for review.
We had a fantastic time on the tour. We covered the strawberry farm, butterfly farm and tea plantation. Cameron Highlands is absolutely gorgeous place with the vibes of a cozy, quaint town. Our driver Magen was very jovial, accomodating, and knowlegable. He shared a lot of the stories behind the places that we visited. Although, we had to deal with traffic our tour driver was great and he got us back to the hotel as soon as possible. I also want to say that I pestered the tour operator with a lot of questions, they were very kind and responsive. If you only have one day to go to Camerom Highlands, I would recommend this tour. My one suggestion to people booking the tour is too avoid weekends and holidays, in order to avoid the traffic. But overall well worth the money.

We had a fabulous day out with Kalai. This is a long day trip (ours was around thirteen hours) due to the distance and varying traffic conditions. Kalai was an excellent driver and she was particularly skilled in finding and using tight parking spaces. We enjoyed all our stops, including BOH tea plantation (great lunch stop 😋😀), cute Bee 🐝 farm, Strawberry 🍓 farm, stunning Rose and Orchid displays, Cameron tea plantation (scones and strawberry jam), fabulous Cacti displays and waterfall. We had excellent communication with the company from booking to getting into the car. We would highly recommend booking this tour.

The trip to malaysia with sastica travels was mostly Great but the food options could have been a bit more diverse still it was a wonderful experience over all
