Glem ikke, vi henter dig på dit hotel lyst og tidligt kl. 04:30 og tager afsted til Can Tho City. Det tager cirka 3 timer at komme til byen. Cai Rang flydende marked er travlt fra solopgang til omkring kl. Du har chancen for at hoppe på en handelsbåd og se alle de farverige frugter som mangoer, rambutaner, longans og "kongen af frugt" durian. Mens du er på båden, vil du smage nogle lækre streetfoods som Pho, Bun Rieu, Com Tam og Hu Tieu. Vi vil også se, hvordan nudler og rispapir "Banh Trang" laves og tage en afslappet tur rundt i landskabet. Selvfølgelig kan vi ikke gå glip af at prøve tropiske frugter, nippe til varm te og tage på en sjov fisketur. Derefter tager vi til Vinh Long - Cai Be.
Deltag i vores madlavningskursus og spis frokost på et homestay i Tan Phong Islet i Vinh Long-provinsen. Fordyb dig i den lokale kultur ved at træde på cykel, sejle i kajak og deltage i åndelige aktiviteter, der er en del af Sydvietnams kulturarv. Vi går langs kanalbredden for at besøge lokale specialiteter i Mekong, såsom Pop Rice Cake, Coconut Candy og Tropical Rice Wine. Bagefter vender vi tilbage til båden for at udforske Kongeriget Vinh Long Red Pottery, der repræsenterer Mekong-deltaets traditionelle æstetik og kultur. Dernæst stopper vi ved en lokal landsby for en tur med robåd i sampan, som vil tage dig dybere ind i landskabet gennem mindre kanaler foret med mangrovetræer og forskellige frugter. We went with Tri, who speaks perfect English and was very attentive all the time. It was a private tour and Tri made sure everything was as genuine as possible. The children really enjoyed the workshops. The tour of the Mekong Delta was excellent

Amazing trip, we had a few initial hiccups in the morning but thats due to no ones fault. The communication was clear and consise. We did a private tour so had Tri’s(our guide) full attention. He went above and beyond to make the day a success. I would highly recommend them.

Our tour guide name was Linda, it was a very pleasant experience. She was very nice and helpful on all topics. Also very funny and brightens up the mood. Sometimes it was a bit hard to understand but she will gladly repeat the sentence. Overall the tour was very fun we went to a lot of different places. The only down side to it was that it started at 4 am in the morning. We were all pretty tired. ^^
