Communication was outstanding. Our driver met us with a sign with our name exactly where he said he would be. Alonzo was professional and polite. Will definitely use again.
My car was not waiting. I had to call and was told they needed to locate driver. Operator called back to say driver would arrive in 7 min. 15 min later I tried to call back and no one picked up the phone. Driver finally arrived over 40 min after my arrival at the wait point (under “10”). Driver then asked to take a picture of my passport which I refused.
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Our driver was VERY friendly! He was waiting for us just outside the airport and had drinks waiting for us!

Our driver was very professional and we were picked up in a Ford Expedition (super nice)! We are so happy that we chose this company! Their communication was great and we had no confusion.
