What a fun way to get to know Bilbao! My husband was a little hesitant at first, because why scavenger hunt, that's for kids, right? But gradually we got a lot of fun out of it. The puzzles themselves were not difficult. One was wrong, but I passed it on and will hopefully be adapted for the next one. Recommended if you want to get to know a city in a different way!

The first clue we looked for was not able to be reached as the lake had been partially fenced off, so the path to it was not open. It looked like it had been like this for some time. The second clue was a statue, but the map pin position for it was nowhere near it (we actually found the statue on our way home a few hours later long after giving up on the Scavenger Hunt!) It was almost 200m from the map pin! As it was then raining, we gave up on the hunt and went to the Guggenheim instead. The idea of the hunt is good, but it needs to be regularly checked to ensure the clues are still there/accessible.

We take your specific reports very seriously — a fenced off area blocking access to the first stop and a map pin that was 200 metres away from the actual statue are concrete issues that we will investigate and correct immediately. That was really great and more than I expected. The app worked super easy, you are super flexible and really get a lot of info.
Easy to book. The app was very good. I had a problem initially with logging in but the online help was very useful and we were soon on our way. Really enjoyed the 10 ‘stops’. Would recommend.
The directions are easy to use, information is good and clues were fun. Highly recommended. I would happily do a similar one again in another city.
