Communication about the trip beforehand was good: it clearly explained pickup place and time and bus number and urged us to be in time... Unfortunately, no bus when we showed up. About 5 minutes after appointed time we saw the bus with the correct number coming... and driving by. In the end, it took almost another 30 minutes for the bus to finally arrive. Driver did not greet any of the passengers nor explained his delay. Instead he put up a Jackie Chan DVD on the buses video screens. So far our tour guide. He uttered no more than a few sentences: mainly to tell us when to be back for the bus. Both lakes are beautiful but the massive number of people clogging the roads, trodding outside the allowed paths and posing for selfies take away from the scenic beauty.

The bus driver show up about 30 mins late and so the already short time visit to Lake Louise and Morraine lake cut shorter. I need to email viator to let them know that the bus is not on the pick up location yet, and they have to call the bus the driver to check whats going on. Not recommended.

Make sure to eat before you go and bring snacks and drinks, the AC didn’t work very well, there wasn’t anywhere to get refreshments or food

The driver waited for more than 20 min for a late person delaying everyone's trip. We found it very inconsiderate

Bus is very comfortable and convenient but time allowed at each lake is not enough. Bathroom on bus doesn't have water so is unusable after the first person.

It was great to be able to book a tour for Lake Louise and Moraine Lake since it is so hard to get entry passes on own. When we boarded the bus, the driver told us we would only have 45 minutes at each lake. When purchasing the tour, it stated 1 hour and 15 minutes at each lake. I had to tell the driver that the time she quoted was incorrect. She said she had another tour after ours so was short on time, but agreed to let us stay at each lake for the 1:15 minutes. I thought it odd that she was initially only going to give us a shorter amount of time at each lake. Everyone on the bus was happy I said something. The only other thing to mention was that the toilet on the bus did not flush. The driver said the water was not turned on. This was an issue as the restrooms at each lake had extremely long lines. A 6 hour tour should definitely have a functioning bathroom on board. In the end, it was a good tour and the driver Fish, was very friendly.

We did not get the desired time slot reservation for 6 of us on Trans Canada bus (lowest priced option), therefore our search on Trip Advisor led to Banff ToDo. We were picked up and dropped off at Canmore. The bus ride was very smooth and comfortable with huge glass picturesque windows. Larry was our driver and he is very calm to communicate with and cooperative. When two other passengers did not show up at pick up, he made sure to call them and took consent of all passengers before leaving without them. Also, when one of our friends forgot their wallet at Lake Louise restroom area and realized it when we reached at the hill top Lake Moraine, he helped them get connected with Tans Canada folks and finally on the way back took a detour to pick up the lost wallet. Extremely helpful driver and the tour is reasonably priced. Both Lakes are beautiful, Lake Louise is commercialized with boating options and a beautiful hotel while lake Moraine is complete nature experience. Recommend Banff ToDo.

We‘d been picked up on time at the meeting point. Our very friendly and competent guide Louis told us a lot of interesting stories about the two lakes. We had enough time to walk at the lakes. And the ride in a climatised bus was very pleasant. We fully recommend this trip!
