On time pick up and delivery right at the ship! Raj was so nice…. We request him for our return trip from ship to hotel and then hotel to ship. He made sure we were in the correct location and always assisted with the luggage! Choose Kiwi for transport!

Over an hour late... blamed traffic ...there seems to always be traffic in Auckland, so not a valid excuse ... eventually they sent a different driver

Shuttle service was excellent, from airport to hotel, and from hotel to cruise terminal the next day. Very convenient, and much less expensive that the shuttles available thru NCL. Nice job!!
