Irresponsible; they canceled on us the day before the visit, after we had booked it more than 30 days in advance. We found out when we inquired about the tickets; we complained at the moment, and they did not resolve the problem they created without providing a response. We could not make the visit since our trip continued. I do NOT recommend this company.

We would like to clarify that all Alhambra reservations go through a processing stage after the booking is placed, during which we work to secure the tickets. If the booking is successfully confirmed, the tickets are issued accordingly. However, in some rare cases, due to limited availability and high demand, a booking may not be confirmed. In such situations, the reservation is automatically canceled and fully refunded according to our policy. In your case, unfortunately, the booking could not be confirmed, which resulted in the cancellation before your travel date. We truly regret the impact this had on your travel plans and understand your disappointment. Your feedback is important to us, and we are continuously working to improve our communication and booking processes to provide a better experience for our customers.
I booked two tickets for the Alhambra through Viator well in advance and paid a premium price, trusting them for an important part of my trip. Then, only two days before the visit, they suddenly canceled my booking because of their own “ticket issue.” Because of this last-minute cancellation, I had no chance to find an alternative. All Alhambra tickets were completely sold out, and I lost the opportunity to visit one of the most important landmarks in Spain because of Viator’s poor management. What makes it even worse is that they seem to sell more tickets than they actually have available, then cancel on customers at the last minute. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of travelers’ time, money, and plans. Very disappointing experience. I will never use Viator again and I do not recommend relying on them for important or limited-availability bookings like the Alhambra.

The same tickets can be purchased directly on the official Alhambra website much cheaper, but they run out soon and must be taken well in advance.

Disastrous experience, they cancelled my tickets for the alhambra the day before (unable to find any) while tickets were on sale on their site but 5/10 times the price. I was at least allowed a robot response...

Dans votre cas, malheureusement, la réservation n’a pas pu être confirmée, c’est pourquoi elle a été annulée la veille de votre visite. Nous comprenons à quel point cela a pu être décevant, surtout compte tenu de la difficulté à trouver des alternatives, et nous vous présentons nos sincères excuses pour la gêne occasionnée. Great experience. Definitely worth the money. Be sure to get a guide. Guide not booked in advance but at the gate that possibility was there

Horrible, horrible experience. We went to Granda from the US just for this, and the operator cancelled on us the night before the trip. DO NOT book from this operator if you want a guaranteed ticket. Viator was also completely unhelpful, and the operator ghosted us after cancelling the ticket. They are not responding to any communications - email, text, etc. No compensation was given for travel, hotel, or anything else other than a refund. Do not book from here.

Present on time on the site and no ticket for entry. Forced to call viator to receive tickets by email but visit the Nasrid palace Impossible c was too late

Impeccable staff. And the Alhambra is spectacular from its views to its surroundings. Very well cared for I already knew her but she kept falling in love

Don't know how they did it, but we got tickets to the Alhambra including the Nazareth palaces when it was all booked up. We booked this on Sunday for the Tuesday and got the tickets Monday around 9pm.
